Biggest selection of beer of all the LCBOs Iíve seen. Tons of Ontario micbrobrews, and tons of imports. But more American craft brews would be nice. Friendly staff.

Decent selection, interesting location. I found what I needed, but I would hate for this to be my go to store.

A large brightly lit space with quite an extensive beer selection with most in the front section on the left but some scattered higgledy-piggledy all over the place. The staff were fairly curt and disinterested, when I asked if they had Central City Red Racer the guy was like no but didnít make much of an effort to check. Looks good but while the selection is nice the service was just too hit and miss. Decent value.

One of the best LCBOs period, housed in an old train station its worth visiting just to look around. They get pretty much everything but as has been said sells out quickly. A nice bonus is samples of wine and spirits but no beer, sometimes food samples too. If you are nearby stop in, if you just want some beer from a LCBO check out the website and see what is available where.

One of the best LCBO locations. Built in an old train ( I think ) station this place looks pretty cool. Huge selection of every kind of alcohol including beer. If the LCBO sells it Sumnerhill will probably have it. A goto place for bottles in Toronto.

One of the better LCBO locations it carries a high percentage of the beers available but because its well known it also sells out of them a bit quicker than others as well. Housed in a former railway station it has a bit more atmosphere than most stores, but its still just a store. Sampling bar has a nice selection of wines and liquors to try, no beer. Walking distance form Rebel House and The Monkís Table pubs. If you are just visiting town be sure and check out the product search at www.lcbo.com to see if there are stores close to where youíll be while in town. Or if that fails, ask a local Ratebeerian. Service is variable as are most LCBOs. Check inventory availability online at www.lcbo.com or www.drinkvine.com

When I visited: Fall 2011.
What I bought: Great Lakes Miami Weiss, Central City Red Racer IPA, Les Trois Mousquetaires Porter Baltique, other beers.
What I liked: Best retail beer selection in the province along with the Cooper Street and 401 & Weston LCBOs.
What I disliked: The variety doesnít even remotely compare to what you can purchase at private specialty stores down south and in other parts of Canada, but itís good by Ontario standards.
Would I go back? Yes.

The best of the LCBOís. Usual sterile LCBO ambiance. Staff is fairly helpful though most of them know wine and wine alone. if itís a beer and the LCBO carries it, itís likely here. Virtually all the seasonals and special releases the íBO carries will be here. Prices are uniform with all other store meaning imports are cheaper than they are in the US.
