A big ass LCBO that has pretty much all you can ask for as far as Ontario micros go. The staff don’t know much about beer, but are otherwise helpful. This location had a few local micros that I couldn’t find elsewhere in the city. Worth in the stop if you’re in the area.

The beer selection is big and choices from many countries. The staff is helpfull.I also go for the wine. You get all the excellent wines from Ontario at very low prices. It is worth the drive from my home for the choices, prices and also gas price. Bravo L.C.B.O.

It is the best imported beer selection in the Ottawa/Gatineau region. There is a lot of English beers, but not many belgians. There is a lot of uninteresting lagers from eastern europe or asia. At this time of year, their beer selection is not at its best.

Si je veux m’acheter une bière importé, c’est la place à allé. J’ai plus de chance de trouver une non-canadienne rare qu’importe où au Québec.

While it’s the best selction of any LCBO in Ottawa, it suffers from the typical problems of beer being shoe-horned into a provincially run wine and liquor store. There is a seemingly large beer section, but it is filled with plenty of imported pale lagers and some locals in 6-packs. Seasonal selections can be at times interesting. Clean, bright, well-lit, anonymous. Staff are mostly friendly, if hurried, but have little product knowledge. Might as well make a stop to check the seasonals if in town, but not really worth going out of the way for.

My first time in an LCBO...if this is the best beer selection in a metro area of 1.5 million plus, I do feel sorry for Ontarians! A few crappy area micros, lots of Sleeman and MolsBatt -- 6 packs only to discourage discriminating tastes! A fair number of 3rd world lagers, just a couple of Belgians...nice-looking if expensive gift packs. Blah.

Clean typical governmental store. Broad aisles, beer is not the focus, big lighting. Rather boring selection with only 10 to 12 worthy of interest than most people with 500 ratings will have had already. Interesting to obscure european lagers if anything and rather good prices.

Like any other bloody LCBO. Initial perception is an adequate beer selection until you actually stand inthe beer section for about 5 minutes and realize it is just a re-shuffled selection of the same old tired crap imported by our friendly provincial government.

The best store for beer in Ottawa. All the LCBO stores seems to have mostly the same beers, save a few local ones. Nobody who works here has any beer knowledge, I ended up helping someone the last time I was there. I just usually by a few beers that I can’t get at home and then cross the bridge into Quebec to get Unibroues that you can’t get in Ontario.
