Nice small bar off the beaten path. Had a better bottle menu then tap. Even had a seperate Westvleteren menu upon request - with many vintage years. Also had Rodenbach Alexander and many other rare lambics. All are a bit pricey though. Dinner was very good...recommended.

Nice enough service, good prices. Some not too common stuff on tap. Didnít check the bottles, didnít try the food. A nice enough place for a visit or a drink. A separate cafť/eating-section from the small bar area.

more cuisine a la biere here alongside a well illustrated beer list including some cellared rarities. Musells cooked in guewuze were excellent though on the pricey side and definietly had more shells than mussels. Interior a little unsual, bright and cheery but with basic formica tables, more cafe than restaurant. five beers on draught, mostly newish.

Service was excellent, but i was less convinced about the food. Meatloaf was too dry and sides were uninspired. Beerselection is quite good, left a bit unfullfilled, will try again soon

A bit off the beaten path, itís well worth a visit. The owner can be a bit gruff, but they have a nice bottle and tap selection. Itís a nice quite place to enjoy a proper beer Belgian beer in a proper glass.

Actually came here in March with another RBer. Sat at the bar, ordered a Gueuze and meat loaf. good food, owner didnít want to give us ice-water. seemed pretty unpleasant that we were asking for a menu. Maybe he hates Americans but no big deal, I still had a nice time.

Very good place to share a very good beer at the bar and to have a good plate at the restaurant.

A nice place a little outside of the main tourist traps. The restaurant area is to the left and there is a bit more seating than other places, and it was particularly sleepy on a Wednesday night. The server took a long time and our glasses sat empty a bit despite him walking by the table often (just not making eye contact with us). The food is simple and well prepared and there is a nice bottle list, particularly with some aged selections. The clown decor is a bit amusing.
