Spacious German-style restaurant with a pretty large outdoor beer garden. They serve Otaru beers, 3 classics + 1 seasonal, all spot-on German-styles, good prices. Food menu is pretty solid too, mostly German-style meaty stuff, half-chicken for 700 yen is great value. Definitely a recommended place for group diners in the area.

Hard to find for the average tourist - bring a description :-) Quite nice what they did with the room available though. Had a bit of bavarian ambiance. Prices were Japanese of course, allthough not too bad. Beers were a bit hit and miss that night, some seemed a bit stale to me. Did not have any food - was only 1 week out of bavaria and did not miss it at all.

A German restaurant run with Otaru Beer, right in the TV tower in Sapporo. Great German style food, and amazing beer. The prices are great, and they have an •1,800 all-you-can-drink deal for 2 hours. People were great, and I drank way too many Massen! For very well-crafted beers in traditional German styles, I think this is the best beer in Japan. Weizen, Pilsner, Dunkel, Fest were all fantastic. Non-alcohol beer is easily the best of its type Iíve tried, for what itís worth.
