Leinie’s offers a good tour and gives a solid batch of info regarding the brewing process. The Leinie Lodge has boat loads of souviniers as well as the taps. They tend to have their regulars and any seasonals on tap in 5 ounce glasses.

Visited in the summer, never rated the place. Very nice, free tour, free pours and a cool woodsy atmosphere.

In a word: disappointed. Basically a gift shop with samples. 80% of the place is merchandise. Theres some nice memorabilia to check out if you can dodge all the bozos digging through the t-shirts and loose kids. Tiny sampling bar. Samples only. The samples are 5 for 1$ and you get a sample glass to keep (great deal), but thats it...want a pint of something - no luck. No beer sold there to take home. No at all what I hoped.

Was a really cool tour, but the beers lacked in selection and flavor.

Did the brewery tour while heading to Chicago for the weekend. Had a great time and like many brewery tours it was free. This was the first time I heard about mixing the different beers. Remember having a honey bear (honey weiss and berry weiss) that was decent. Highly recommended even though my rating is low due to it being very hard to have a high selection score with only a few Leinie options on tap.

Tricked Amanda and Vaughn into coming here with me on our way to Green Bay for Josh and Angie’s wedding. A tasting room and gift shop. Beer is okay, actually the beer mixes here were the highlight.

The brewery is integrated with the cool historic site of where Leinenkugel’s beer first began. The staff was very helpful and all had a great deal of information on the history of the leinenkugel familiy and the history of the brewery. The only downside of the brewery is that you can only drink a certain amount of beer there. Also, the merchandise that is actually unique and the signs etc. that you would want in your house are very expensive. On the other hand there are many trinkets, clothing, and glassware that are very reasonably priced. You need to try the mixed beer recipes if you go to this brewery. Overall it was a great experience touring and just enjoying this brewery.

Fun brewery tour - about 6 Leine’s beers available after the tour, cool lodge/gift shop. Fun time.

I have done the Leinie tour 2X now. A great value in that it’s free! The Lodge has a nice northwoods feel with a cool bar where the samples are served. The tour is cool - malt and brew areas, bottling/canning and then back to the lodge of some sampling. Definitely a value worth pursuing if in the area.

Made the visit to the Lenie’s Lodge and took the brewery tour in early 2009. Nice tour, very informative. The place still has a family feeling to it and looks, acts and smells like a small family brewer and not a division of Miller/Coors. The Lenie Lodge is fabulous. Lots of beer memorabilia and gifts. Tasting was fun but limited to 2 beers. Nice stop and would recommend it if you are in the area.
