Busy place, with tourists, unknowing locals, commuters, even students. It had an oddly atmospheric interior, but ultimately the mood is determined by the hasty and uninterested staff. One can hardly blame them, poorly the executed beers, overly priced menu, clientele who is even shouting... Can’t recommend for either beer enthusiasts nor for the odd one travelling through Lille. You’re even better off ticking at another 3 Brasseurs franchise.
Just popped in because I wanted some decent beer and food before I boarded my train. Knew the kind of fare from previous visits in other locations.
Mostly had their own beers, which I find pretty decent. Seemed to have a few seasonals, and a couple of different bottles. Went for their own dark beer, which I enjoyed.
Not as nice as some of their other locations, but an alright spot for a decent brew.
Located next to the Gare de Flandres. Possibility to have 4 tasters (12.5cl) of their homebrews for 5.3 euro, which is a good deal I think. Beers however aren’t that good. Wouldn’t recommend it, but if you’re in the neighborhood, you can do a few easy quick ticks.
How many Les 3 Brasseurs I visited? I visited this one in 2001 and in 2011; same feeling of decadent place; beers are always mediocre, at least now they have a few more to choose from, and also most of them available to go. Food is very average.
