I canít give this place awesome ratings, but I can note that they seem to have an added an IPA to their existing offerings (which has always been a blonde, amber and white, plus a monthly special). And it tastes more American-style than the others, which are more French-style. And I would say it was pretty decent for a Pacific island.

Pretty good brewpub, an unexpected find and easily the best place to drink good beer in Papeete. Located on the main street that runs alongside the port, about 2 blocks south of the ferry terminal. Lots of seating, mostly outdoors (covered). Food is quite good. There are 3 permanent house brews, and one seasonal called Mousse de la Moment. Theyíre very clean, and I suspect most or all are actually lagers, though the menu doesnít say so. The Blond was a bit like a Munich Helles, and the Amber was somewhere between a Vienna and a very non-caramelly American Amber. The Blanche was probably meant to be a Witbier, but it was perfumy-solventy rather than the usual coriander-orange; I couldnít identify the spice combination, and this was the only one that I didnít like. The seasonal when we visited was called a "Black" by the staff, but seemed closest to a rather chocolately Robust Porter. Wifi is free, but is rationed out in 1 hour increments with a single-use code number your server will bring if asked to. Service is quick and friendly during the day, but can be slow at night when it gets crowded.

Relatively small branch in central Papeete. They had four beers on my visit, so three regulars and one seasonal. Service was fine. The beers are pricey for P-F but they offer a break from the endless cans of Hinano you otherwise drink. I actually thought Iíd come here with some regularity during my 2 months on Moorea, but ended up being too lazy to take the ferry and just came the one time on my way out of the country.

Paradise just got better! 4 pretty decent beers. However the best thing about this place is that itís in French Polynesia - you wonít expect finding a brewpub here, right? We were spending almost every evening there on our both journeys to Tahiti - itís a no-brainer for beer lovers)))

We went here on our only night in Papeete, after spending 9 days on the other islands. It felt like any brewpub in the States, complete with plenty of outdoor seating on the waterfront, a darker atmosphere inside, sports (rugby) on the small flat screen tvs, and the brewing kettles on display in the front of the restaurant. They only had four beers on tap, but they were all above average. I only had the pizza, which was quite good, though possibly influenced by the cravings for non-seafood. Prices were relatively reasonable, not too bad for the area. Great setting on the waterfront, worth stopping in if you have time.

Pub outside seating on patio tween sidewalk and street, can be a bit warm, no fans, hope for a breeze.Tables and coasters with logo. Copper part of brewhouse right on front end, the rest in the back. Thereís a dining (?) room behind a divider that looks to have maybe the same seating as the front. Food was fab and service decent. They have wi-fi, but only the mgr has the code who wasnít around and nobody when when would be. There are other pay nets but who knows where to get a pass code. Nice looking old school bar, bit dark inside. †some breweriana. TVs with sports. Full bar; 2 barstools. Menu and website are in †French; google translate doesnít work for it. Of course everything is pricey, but so far, the beers are very good. However one beer was a slightly low pour (head below the rim/ no mark). I did get to try their special beer, the Christmas, but their La Bruin (brown) was out for the time being. Located right across the street from the ferry to Moorea and near the Cathedral.

This brewpub is definitely the best place to drink quite good beers in Papeete. Prices are not so expensive for the area.

Great place in Papeete for a beer, or rather, the only good place. Hinano is the main beer of French Polynesia and itís very ordinary but this place has itís own microbrewed beer. Not bad beer but A LOT better than Hinano. Prices can be expensive, but if youíre in French Polynesia, youíre already expecting it. Food was great and staff was also good. One of the best places in Tahiti

The privately brewed beer is out of this world. Try the Amber, itís truly a great brew! The food is good and prices are fair (for Tahiti). Plenty of seating inside and out. Pick a table on the sidewalk under the awning and soak up the colorful comings and goings of locals, tourists and the canine mascot (look for the short legged shepard mix with purple bobbles on his collar; heís very sweet!) :-)
