Bought some bottles because of the $10 intro discount. The website is annoying in several ways. Once you add a beer from a brewery, it goes back to the main page, causing extra steps when you want more than one beer per brewery. The 15 minute time limit on your shopping cart is very aggravating. Nice selection, especially with PNW beers. If you want beers from multiple regions, you are probably going to be paying a bunch extra as they ship from different regions. Shipped promptly and packed well in a shipper. My order was fulfilled accurately. Free shipping is nice, but it’s only free because shipping is built into the bottle prices. Overall not a bad experience, but also a reminder of why I prefer trading.

Ambiance: Website is easy to navigate, although I do not appreciate the 15 minute cart timeout. Also, when you create an account, you must opt to receive daily emails, either for wine or beer; there’s no way to create an account otherwise. Fortunately, I don’t hate getting an email about beer every day. Service: Email notifications were prompt, shipment was fast, and the shipping box was very sturdy. No issues at all. Selection: Decent. Lot of West Coast stuff I can’t get in DC, but this is good beer country so they didn’t have a ton of stuff I couldn’t get. Value: Free shipping (with six+ bottles) and a $10 coupon brought this into the reasonable range. Overall: This is worth checking out, for sure. While I can find most everything in DC, there’s always that one rarity or two hanging around, and this is as good as place as any to search, as you never know what they’re going to get. It’s probably as good or better than any other place to buy beer online.

Not a huge selection, but what they do have is of pretty good quality. My main reason for purchase was because they had Cigar City brews! Always wanted to try them and now I have! The website (rated as Ambiance here) is a little clunky. That being said, they offer a fair price and my delivery got to me without incident.

Not sure how to rate Ambiance here (an issue I’ve had in the past with online purchases). Anyway, nice selection of West Coasters (specifically, AleSmith, The Bruery and Firestone Walker) and others. Double Jack was fresh as far as I could tell so that made me happy. Selection is decent, but prices are high. Shipping is obviously built into prices, but they charge this anyway unless you order 6 (to fill up the whole shipper). Hard for me to account for that in "Value". I guess this is understandable, but they kind of try to get around that. Overall easy to use (haven’t had to deal with any people, so service is based on this) and a nice go-to if I’m feeling like something different.

It’s nice to be able to get stuff from the west coast with free shipping. The website is easy to navigate, and checking out is easy. The prices are a little high, but that is to be expected, I guess. I have no complaints about the experience.

Placed an order before Christmas for some Cigar City brews. 10$ off plus free shipping made it a great deal. Website was pretty good, but the 15 minute cart timeout was annoying. Communication was fine, they packed and shipped promptly, and used a nice bottle shipper that I will certainly re-use myself. All in all a pretty good experience.

Got my first shipment from this place. Not their fault, but the Big Al Fresh Hop Harvest bottle leaked half its volume during shipment. Not the best start in a relationship. Other than that, the experience was good.

Great selection but prices a little high .But they did have some interesting NW stuff and with free shipping for 6 bottles and a coupon worked out average pricewise. Shipping was pretty quick.

Fair prices on a lot of beers that I don’t see in this part of the country. Priced fairly and shipped quickly. I will order again.

I signed up for the "free beer for a year contest" and started receiving their email, I finally gave in to temptation and ordered something (Odell Sampler pack). I was very easy (one might say dangerously easy), everything arrived quickly and packaged safely. Recommended.
