Nice spacious area, lots of t.v.s, area for a band, but first most, some of the nicest, friendliest waitstaff, workers that I have meet. I went in to just do a flight of their beers. Bartender was friendly, knowledgable about their beers, and made you feel welcome. The oatmeal stout wasn’t available when I ws there, but that just gives me a reason to go back again. The beers that I did try where tasty. I saw a nice selection of guest taps and bottles. I wish them the best of luck.

Went around lunchtime on a pleasant Saturday. Open, yet cozy feeling brewpub, with plenty of televisions to catch the Olympics and a viewing area to watch the braumeister and his wares. The service was impeccable and very friendly, and received a visit from Larry, the general manager, which was a nice treat. Did not eat the food, but will soon enough. Had a sampler flight, a growler and a pint for around $30. Overall, I am excited to go back and try what this little brewpub has in store.
Visited and talked to the owner and brewmaster. Got a lot of details about the special problems of building a brewpub in a strip mall (how about zoning for an indoor crane to hoist 1,100 lb. pallets of grain?). So I’m here in its first week, and it still needs to settle in. Big open space is a little sterile yet, but will grow. Mezzanines and party rooms upstairs. Brew works is in sight, but sealed away, since brew day involves cracking the grain (dust containment) just before mashing. They had a good looking sous chef menu, though I just had the "bottle caps" (fried chile pepper slices) and the Angus burger, both fine and priced in line with any other restaurant. Only 3 house beers on tap, but the place has been so busy they’ve already drained one 15-barrel serving tank. So there are plenty of guest taps and bottled beers behind the bar. This is a place to watch, and from the crowd I saw, could take off in service to the Plainfield/Joliet (even the Naperville) area.
Very cozy feel inside. Lots of tables and a very large bar. There’s also a second floor with table and couches. The service was a bit slow but quite efficient. The place just opened, so they only had 3 of their own beers, which were quite good. But they have a huge selection of other beers...probably 15 on tap and another 20+ in bottles. The food was good, and the kids menu was adequate. A good restaurant with good beer. We will return!
Went on opening night. Very pretty building, good service. Great beer selection especially the house brews. The Brewmaster was extremely friendly and knowledgable. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Great experience, will definately comeback!
