Nothing special to be found. The tankova Urquell is obviously delicious, though it’s quite smoky inside this longish hall that is sparsely decorated and not really appealing to the eye, the waiting is done in a slightly dodgy manner and the food is pricey and not really worth it. There are far better places in Prague.

I had my last beers in Prague here. Even though its part of the Ambiente chain, I really, really enjoyed my session here. The decor was very sparse, but it was not off-putting. Fresh Tankovna Urquell was quite delicious and potentially habit forming. I would like to return to Prague if only for another visit here.

Great restaurant with some nice traditional Czech cuisine. Tankovna Urquell on the premises, never had a bad one at this splendid place.

A long noisy hall with a lot of tables at the center of the city. They only have Urquel on tap. We didnt like the food

Close to Prague Beer Museum. Only one tap, but that tap is fresh Urquel. Modern style Czech pub. Lots of tables but not that busy on a Wednesday lunch. Did not try the food.

One of the places to go for Fresh Urquell. Near the bridge. Really fresh. English spoken. Cozy . .

Ok place when you are in the city center. Tankova Pilsner is quite allright. Food is great. I dont really like Czech cuisine (and most places just serve rubbish, overcooked everything and no taste whatsoever), but done rightly, it is more than enjoyable. At Lokal they get it right. Service has been very friendly and professional each time Ive been there.

Urquell tank pub. Swanky and clean and modern interior with a long hallway of tables. Smoking allowed. Food is good for Prague, but traditional Czech style. Urquell is and unpasteurized and tasty but it’s the only beer available, obviously. Just down the road and across from Prague Beer Museum.

Prague beer-hall of the modern kind, only superb Plzeňský Prazdroj is served here in three different variations - as "mliko" (milk), "šnit" (cut) and "hladinka" (this is the "normal " PU, tapped in the tradtional way, leaving circles on the glass) fresh from the tank; in opposite to most of the czech restaurants the quality of food is here excellent (the superb restaurant "La degustation boheme bougeoise" next door is a part of the same restaurant-chain). Absolutely worth a visit!

A Pilsner Urquell tank pub. No fake : you can actually see the tank within its cold box under the bar since the sides are transparent. They also write the date the beer was received for guaranteed maximum freshness. Interior is modern version of a traditional czech pub. Food is the czech classics, made with high standards. As the restaurant is committed to the ideas of the slow food movement, the products come from small producers around Prague. Non-smoking section. English menus and english-speaking staff. Prices are surprinsingly low according to standards and location. A true gem.
