Small semi-cellar bar made to look like an English Pub. They have fitted three 4 person booths in a very tight space. The owner and barman are both English. All the beers are Danish though, including 2 ciders made by the owner himself.

A small cellar bar with low ceiling and full of cigarette smoke. And, watch your head when entering, if youíre not a Hobbit. Good selection of Danish craft beers on tap. Canít complain about beer and service, but itís hard to enjoy the smell of fresh beer when everything smells of tobacco. (Visited September 18th 2015)

Can be packed but a good place to get away from the general crowd. Good choice of beer, friendly staff which knew their stuff, yet prices are pretty steep as pretty much always in the city.

Dark and dingy cellar bar, full of character. Interesting tap selection. Could easily see myself as a regular here.

Visited 17.1.15. Small, basement-like place right in the city center, not far from the Taphouse. Informal atmosphere and good background music. Beerís good, we managed to taste a bunch of stuff we didnít spot in other bars in town, despite the small selection. Well worth the visit.

Iíve been there a couple of times and the atmosphere is pretty good. The selection of beer is okay for a "brown bar" (a place where smoking is allowed), but it doesnít compare favourably with any of the good beer bars is town - not at their as-high prices, and not being a smoker I donít see myself coming there other than very rarely. But still - it does have a nice atmosphere.

Visited a Saturday afternoon after some hefty shopping... A pint at Lord Nelson should be suitable to calm the nerves down a bit... Small basement bar in inner city Copenhagen with brown interior, low ceiling and lots of memorabilia around the bar. Including a large painting of the infamous Lord Nelson. Smoking is for some reason allowed this place, except for Mondays and Fridays before 22.00. No smoking while I was there - however, you can smell the smoke. Solely Danish microbrews on tap and a couple of their own ciders. Amager, Ugly Duck, Beer Here etc. Nice service from the barman, who offered samples. Offerings are also Whisky and speciality Rum. Tiny toilets with the worlds smallest sink... This is a nice, cosy place. However, since smoking is allowed and Copenhagen has so much else to offer (in terms of beers, that is) I will not be a regular customer. Other places offers a broader selection and a smoke-free environment.
