Formerly The Wargrave Arms, the Lord Wargrave is a traditional Youngs pub on a street corner off the Edgware Road. Large windows facing the street and in summer you can sit at tables on the street. Formerly the beer quality was a bit shabby and so so, but it’s been spruced up recently and the service and beer quality has improved. 4 cask taps from Wells and Youngs, which usually feature Youngs Bitter, Youngs ESB, Bombadier, and a Youngs guest ale. Bottle selection has some decent Youngs beers including Double Chocolate Stout, Ramrod Ale, Youns Light Ale. Ambience is nice although it’s never massively busy, so good if you want a quiet spot.
