All around great place to visit. | 84 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 10/10 SELECTION 12/15 FOOD 8/10 VALUE 8/10 OVERALL 16/20 NoiZe (76) Amersfoort, Netherlands | August 12, 2008 Very nice place. Very good service. Got the tasting platter with 10 brews. Asked for the remaining 3 beers, got them as tasting too :)
Nice and interesting food too.
Good selection. | 78 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 7/10 SELECTION 12/15 FOOD 7/10 VALUE N/A OVERALL 16/20 erway (41) Albuquerque, New Mexico | June 20, 2005 Standard pub fare in a beachy atmosphere with excellent beer. The staff is knowledgable and this town is hardly shitty. 1/3rd of our nations precious greenery comes from this town dammit. | 78 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 8/10 SELECTION 11/15 FOOD 8/10 VALUE N/A OVERALL 16/20 Alerider (41) Indianapolis, Indiana | October 9, 2007 Went there for a busy lunch hour. Good service and a pleasant surprise with their seasonal double IPA, Double Trouble. Would like to return for evening action. | 78 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 8/10 SELECTION 12/15 FOOD 6/10 VALUE 7/10 OVERALL 15/20 miguelmayo (11) Colorado Springs, Colorado | April 3, 2012 For such a transient town LCB made me feel at home. Loved the 8ball stout, and the food filled me up fat and happy. The old building was a nice change from the sanitized places we visited, it was a real brew pub! I felt at home there and enjoyed myself with friends. Good food and good service I put it in my favorite catagory! | 72 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 7/10 SELECTION 9/15 FOOD 7/10 VALUE 7/10 OVERALL 16/20 boFNjackson (71) Portland, Oregon | May 26, 2010 I dug this brewpub. Lost Coast is brewery that’s not much on my radar up here in Portland (beervana), but it was a great experience at their establishment. Fresh tasting beer, good pub grub, friendly service. I had a calimari steak sandwich rocked, and the limited barleywine on tap didn’t taste bad too. Lots of merch for sale, beer to go, can’t really go wrong. | 72 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 7/10 SELECTION 10/15 FOOD N/A VALUE N/A OVERALL 15/20 fidel (74) Livermore, California | December 22, 2009 Cool building, good beer, good service. Very crowded on a Saturday afternoon. | 72 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 7/10 SELECTION 9/15 FOOD 7/10 VALUE 7/10 OVERALL 16/20 HopheadHans (17) Bay Area, California | March 4, 2009 I really like this place. Sits in a nice building in downtown Eureka. Diverse clientele, almost always hopping. Beer selection is ok, but mainly what you would get in bottle. Food is quite good and varies from standard pub food to nicer entrees. I often make Eureka an overnight stop so I can go to lost Coast. | 72 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 8/10 SELECTION 7/15 FOOD 7/10 VALUE N/A OVERALL 17/20 mikebeertaster (23) washougal, Washington | April 11, 2005 This is crappy town that I will probably go back to just to have another beer and hot wings at Lost Coast. It is a wonderful old building with great beers, good food, and a room full of good people. Each time I have been there I have felt right at home. The service has always been good and I always leave feeling better than when I got there.
| 70 AMBIANCE 5/5 SERVICE 7/10 SELECTION 10/15 FOOD N/A VALUE N/A OVERALL 13/20 JoeMcPhee (465) Toronto, ON, Ontario | October 3, 2012 This place was absolutely jammed on a Saturday afternoon when I was in – and it’s not really hard to see why. Bright and airy space with lots of exposed brick in an old, heritage building in this quaint little town. Cheap pints and high quality (the pale ale and the Indica are particular favourites) brews make it great value. Food looked tasty (although I didn’t eat while here). Friendly and efficient service. Me likey. |
