The basic Fullerís range in casks< a few bottles too, including Past Masters and Vintage series. Simple, but well-done pub food. Being located at a large train-station, the prices are a bit higher - for tourists.

I was delighted when I found my favorite London pub, The Mad Bishop and Bear, being listed in a book on the 300 finest London pubs - among the Top 20! It really deserves that ranking. Not just because itís a Fullerís pub - but thatís a large part of it, I must admit. Fullerís is one of the great independent British breweries, based in Chiswick (visit the brewery, there are tours several times a week!) and the makers of my all-time favorite beer, 1845 Celebration Ale. But the ambience is nice too, being a station pub. Lots of people from all walks of life you will meet there. Decent service, okay food and free wifi add to the recommendation. Itís right under the ceiling of Paddington Station. Head towards the food hall, and then up the escalators.

The better place at Paddington train station. Beautifully decorated pub with nice cask line up, mostly Fullerís. All seems fresh and right conditioned. There are also some taps with lagers and ciders. A tracker lists trains departures so you can stay up to date. They also offer ale take away. Worth a stop if youíre around the station.

Somewhat hidden away, this Fullerís pub lies on the top concourse of Paddington Station. To get here, youíll need to take two escalators - there might be stairs or a lift somewhere as well. The cask range is standard Fullerís fare, accented with a few others (though nothing too exciting). The bottled range isnít bad, featuring some Fullerís specials - such as Vintage and Old Burton Ale - in addition to craftier offerings from BrewDog, Sierra Nevada and even Siren. Save for a few fruit machines, the ambiance is comfortable. Service was adequate (although it wasnít at all busy during my stop) and the prices are average.
Not a destination bar by any means but a decent place to have a beer if youíre waiting for a train.

UPDATE April í15.
Now carries guest casks and bottles, the latter included a couple of Siren offerings plus Brewdog Punk and SNPA. Selection and overall + 1; 60 to 64.
Fullers pub in the upstairs part of Paddington councourse.
Housed in the former Great Western Railway offices so some behind the scenes Victoriana in terms of the decor.
Never seen this place totally packed and have always had OK service.
Fullers only in terms of cask and tap, plus some bottles - Vintage and the like.
If youíre catching a train from Paddington - why not but not one to venture out of the way for!

Had a few drinks here during the Cask Ale Week in late September. Food and beer paring outside the entrance with lots of ales from London breweries like Hackney, London Fields, Fullers, Cronx, Five Points, and so on. Crowded and impossible to find a place to sit down. Smiling and friendly service from the waitress. Itís located at the second floor, on the inside of the Paddington Station building. A classic Brit pub and a good Fullers pub. On other occasions I have always enjoyed well-kept cask ales from Fullers here (visited 25.09.2014).

Convinient if you have some time to kill at Paddington station, and need to move away from the hassle at the station.Nice decorated, some elevated seating areas, with leather chairs and sofas. Standard Fuller beer selection, some bottles from the Past Masters series. Good and reasonable food as well.

As station bars go, this is one of the better ones. In fact, if it werenít for the arrivals and departures boards (a good idea for any bar in a station), a bank of fruit machines for bored passengers waiting for their trains and the pigeon wandering about on the floor, it wouldnít be difficult to imagine yourself in an elegant, nicely restored classical style pub. It has a lofty ceiling, chandeliers, wooden Doric arches with clocks set into them (also useful in a station) behind the bar and five Fullers hand pumps.
