Busy place, nice old pub feel. Selection is pretty large for a brewpub, but there wasnít much variety; nothing over 7% abv. Prices are fine, but lean slightly towards pricey. Had a delicious omelette. Good place.

Visited here on a weeknight and it was still very crowded. Small seating area and what seemed to be an over-worked wait staff. Once we were seated it was great - good selection of beer and good food.

Everything about this place was great, except the beer quality. Iím just not a fan of their taken on traditional English ales. However, service was attentive, the ambience was comforting and prices were reasonable. Worth a stop if you like English ales, but if not, you can give this one a miss.

Bustliní brewpub along the busy stretch of Haight. You canít pick a better spot for people watching but I instead opted for a seat at the bar. The beers feature British inspired ales, but other styles available as well. A couple of guest taps. Good service.

Visited on a Tuesday evening in August 2013. The place was more or less packed and noisy.
The service was reasonable fast. The four beers that I tried were ok. I did not try any food.
Worth a visit if nearby.

Hipster type of place in SF on Haight. It was packed the night we were in there but the service was still good.
The beers were average but the food was excellent, but way overpriced. Will go back if they have new ticks, but thatís about the only reason I would return

Tons of British-style rates, if thatís your thing, though it doesnít seem they mess around with many new recipes. Their pale beers were OK; the brown and porter were abysmal. Great food. Order was screwed up not once but twice, and even ignoring that beer flight came *after* our food. What?! And then the check was wrong. Not sure what was happening with the staff; maybe the Haight Street gaseous cloud of grime and mary j got to them.

Iíve been here on two occasions, and I quite like it. Good vibe, great room (though a bit noisy at times), excellent service and decent food. The beer selection is decent and rotates enough to make it worth visiting. Since it is a part of town worth visiting if youíre a tourist, this is a pretty easy pickup and deserving of a stop in.

Cool little bohemian brewpub in the Haight neighborhood. Cozy and inviting atmosphere with attentive and friendly staff. Beers were average to below-average, but the food was exceptional. We had cheese stuffed dates wrapped in bacon, duck wings, and burgers - all of which were phenomenal. All food and beer prices were reasonable during lunch and they do flights. Cool little joint to check out if you are in the area, but not worth seeking out, unless you are looking for ticks (there are a ton to be had).
