A local institution which strives to be a great beer bar and nice restaurant at the same time. I always take guests from out of town here for dinner as they serve lots of traditional Swedish dishes. Try the deer! They also have the deepest selection of Swedish beers I’ve seen, including some vintage bottles from long-defunct breweries. I end up with the same waiter almost every time I come here and he’s great. Limited seating in the bar area but it’s never very crowded so they’ll let you sit at a table even if you’re not eating. I would come here more if it weren’t so expensive.

Man in the Moon is one of my favorite beer bars in all of Stockholm and one of my favorite top 10 places around the World. Each time I go here, I get surprises from all kinds of places around the beer World. The tap selection is simply sublime.
In addition to all of that, it is a gem of place, the location is very nice, the building, one of those we envy the Stockholmers so much in Oslo, and the interior, well, all in all, what more could you want? Well, a great staff, always, and fine food as well. Make sure you visit. Short walk up Tegnérgatan from Rådmannsgatan Metrostation. Oh, and Mikkeller Bar Stockholm is now just around the corner as well, so, why leave the neighborhood?

Took the opportunity to try some of the special anniversary offers on tap, both IPA’s were very nice. Everything else, ambiance, service and food was ok, but I had expected a little more. I might have just hit an off night, or maybe it was me who was off. I will definitely go back for a second opinion.

Located somewhat off from the spots i Stockholm that I usually frequent, MitM was surprisingly large for a beer place. Selection was dominated by the 20th anniversary ales at the time of my visit. Service was good but prices were a bit steep. Will definently go there again!

Visited at their anniversary so I guess the service might be better on a less busy night. Excellent selection and pretty good value for a swedish place. Their sausage platter was excellent, hopefully it’s a regular and not just for the anniversary.

I visited this nice pub-restaurant on Friday evening-night so it was crowded and noisy. But we had booked a table so we were OK. Many taps with some interesting beers on (some beers were made exclusively for this place for its 20th anniversary, from breweries like Mikkeller) and a very nice beer catalog with a lot of really good bottled beers. The prices were a bit high for some bottles but this was expected. The food was very good too.

Trevlig personal. intim miljö. Roliga och omväxlande teman under året. Vissa öl ligger lite högt i pris.

Nice dark pub, and a place I would enjoy relaxing for a while. Sadly my beer experience wasn’t that great...I asked for a taste of a draft brew but got a whole glass; thankfully it wasn’t bad but not quite what I was in the mood for, so I did a review and abandoned 2/3 of the glass. I then ordered a Nynashamns Extra Stout bottle and after the waiter opened the bottle I noticed it was BB Jan 2013...and yes, of course it was oxidized. Shame on them for having such old domestic product here at a known beer geek place...that prevented me from ordering anything else since it seemed likely I’d be sitting there with 3 unconsumed beers instead of 2. Shame on me for not making a stink about both of these issues, I suppose, but I have gotten a fair bit of snarky attitudes from Swedish bartenders (esp. at Oliver Twist), so I decided to just pay and leave instead of become a target for more stink eye. Likely will never return here again.

This is very nice place for vintage beers and newer brews too. Always something new to look for on tap and regular place to visit while in Stockholm. Nice lunch place as well. Ok service.

Had a great quite evening with my wife here. Feels a bit more like a cozy restaurant with a great beer selection than a pub really. Still would have been comfortable just sitting in the bar as well. Great food and a fine bottle selection, a bit expensive. Found also a few rare treasures in the menu as well the prices correspond. Friendly staff. Recommended for å good meal and a quiet evening.
