Stopped in for a few hours during the afternoon to make a dent in their bottle list. Taplist was pretty good, with various Swedish and other European locals on tap. Bottle list is second only to Akkurat in the city, though the prices are a lot higher - not sure why. Service is fairly friendly and helpful. Didn’t try the food, but it looked good and the lunch specials seemed like a good deal for Stockholm. Definitely a must stop when visiting the city.

Gastropub in every sense of the word. Great beer selection, especially since I visited during the weeks following the 20 years celebration with lots of beers made especially for MitM. Bottle selection looked good too. Very friendly staff. A bit pricey though.

Nice selection, but tends to be quite noisy every now and then.

Very cosy restaurant/bar, with a antique, wooden interior. Service is very friendly and knowledgable, but maybe not the fastest. Tap selection is decent, but not as good as other bars in Stockholm. On the other hand, the bottle selection is pretty impressive, they even have a vintage list, which seems to be the second best in town behind Akkurat. Prices aren’t low, but standard for Stockholm. I didn’t try the food, so I can’t comment on this.
Overall highly recommended, because of the cosy atmosphere and if you are fine with a great bottle selection.

Awesome bottle beer selection. The selection of beers on tap is not that good though.
Dessert was great.

Visited on a Saturday night. Fairly large place with a nice interior. It was pretty crowded and the music was loud (a band was playing) because they had an Oktoberfest event. We were lucky to get seated in a much calmer small room. Service was pretty good considering how crowded it was. Quite friendly too. Selection is decent/good. We had two versions of the Stormarktsporter (Regular and Pure Swedish Oak) which were quite pricey though (more expensive than the Konjaks! version we had at Akkurat the day before). The rest of the bottle and tap selection was ok. A bunch of Cigar City beers were on the menu. I had a veal schnitzel and it was average at best, but I imagine it’s not their specialty. The other people I was with had good foods. Prices are decent for Stockholm, except for vintage bottles which were quite high. Nice beer place that is definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.

Visited on a Saturday night. They had an Oktoberfest like event going on so it was a bit rowdy when we got there but we were able to sit in a quiet area of the restaurant which as quite comfortable. We had to variants of Stormaktsporter here, the regular one and Swedish oak, which were nice. The food wasn’t spectacular but they were doing a German food special, so maybe they were of their specialty a bit. Service was efficient, prices were reasonable for Stockholm. I would revisit.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon. Almost alone at the place. Some Oktoberfest going on, lots of german beer on tap.
Had their burger here, really tasty, and big!
Nice atmosphere, a little dark perhaps. Worth a visit for sure. Quite expensive, as was the food.

Good location just outside the busiest centrum. Great selection of beers, both taplist and bottle selection. Food was great also.

Upping this after a new visit on August 8, 2014.
Close to metro station Rådmansgatan (green metro line), walking distance. Also very close to e.g. Mikkeller Bar Stockholm.
Fairly big tap seledtion, bottles selection not really that visible. Decent service, expensive. Outside patio in summer. Not a place I feel like going to a lot.
Earlier text from way back in 2006, I don’t go here very often:
Not the best place in Stockholm to find good beer, but one of the better ones. Nice selection of beers on bottle, some on tap as well.
