I go to this place about once a month and always come out with alot less money in the wallet. They have an outstanding selection of German and International beer. This is the best place (and probably the only place) I have found in the area for getting international and German beer.

This heaven beer on earth... Or just hell, because it is impossible to leave without buying a lot of beer (or other beverage). So many choice and so short of time... And a bit far for me.

This is one sick beershop. Lots of German beers, but also some nice international brews. Dutch, English, American, Nigerian... They’ve got it.
Some German beers can be bought cheaper elsewhere, but the international beers weren’t too bad pricewise.
Paying went all super smoothly, eventhough I had a full cart of single bottles. Amazing shop!

I visited Maruhn and was pleasantly surprised by their selection. An average Getränkemarkt around here usually has a wide selection of German beer, some Czech and some well known brands, but allmost never has Belgian beer or any styles other than what Germans make. However Maruhn had Belgian beer, and lots of other types, including IPAs and APAs which is very hard to find around here. They also had a small selection of local microbreweries which I’m very happy about. And of course a huge selection of German beers by the crates. All in all it is an island of international selection in the sea of good German beer :-)

Wide variety from every category and every country. Organized neatly and easy to find. Assistance offered to load beer in your car. Many hard to find world brews here, as well as an over-the-top selection of German beers. Must visit!

A nice stop just south of Frankfurt with a large beer selection. The focus is obviously German, but there is an English section and a few Belgians. The service does not speak much English, but all I needed was the total price, and they can point to that on the register. There is a large wine section and some spirits, along with logo glassware.

No. 1 German beershop concerning variety. They don’t really concentrate on quality, but some top level brews are available. You can find regional specialties, a wide variety of German brews with a self-evident Bavarian prevalence, a good standard international assortment and brews from some exotic countries due to their collaborative partnerships. Service is helpfully concerning orientation inside the shop, but not - my opinion - concerning beer in general. If you visit Maruhn once in a month you will always find enough new beers to expand your collection without duplicating.

Large store right off the Autobahn. Great selection of beers for the area - one of the rare places in Germany where you can find a decent selection of foreign beers. Very nice selection of German beers separated by style with almost everyone available as a single. Over 40 different beers for less than 35 euro (+ a bottle of Campbelltown scotch). Great store - if you’re looking for beer in the Frankfurt area - this is a must stop.
