Visited here with Douglas on Friday the 13th. Decent little McMenamins in a strip mall, but it lacks character beyond the typical McMenamins high back booth feel and a long bar that runs practically the entire length of the space. Service was very good, and the chicken caeser salad wrap was excellent. Beer is standard McMenamins fare, which means not great but not awful and there was a decent selection of non-standards on the list. I wouldnít recommend going out of your way to get here, especially with the superior Imbrie Hall so close, but if youíre hard up in the area, it wonít do you wrong, either.

Fun place. Small, sort of a dive. A long bar. I had great service, the staff were quite knowledgeable. Cheap beer and decent. Close to where I live and worth a visit.

Iím not too impressed with this one like I am with most McMenamins. The track lighting all along the perimeter of the place set a very uncomfortable mood. Service wasnít too great unlike like most of McMens, and it was tight and loud. The sign said seat yourself, but any table that was available (which was about three or four of them) had dirty plates and needed to be cleaned. We waited about 10 minutes before we could sit. Food was great, I enjoyed an awesome patty melt and the Terminator Stout mustard was on the table which is great. But I would otherwise skip this one.

This is the first McMenamins tucked in a mini mall and to my surprise it was really nice inside. NO AC on a 100 degree day but we had a great time. The food was the same as always good. The brews where plenty and awesome. They have some of there own unique brews and they also have PBR on tap. Kids are ok for this place. The service still sucks. I wish McMenamins would hire better.

Though itís the closest one to where I used to live in Beaverton, and I like to visit often, itís really just another strip-mall McMenamins. They brew their own, so youíll usually find a few recipes not offered at other McMenamins, and the cook here is probably the best of all of their pubs - heís been there for close to 10 years and does the Wilbur (big ass burger with egg on it) very well. Always treated well here. There are two or three picnic tables located out front, and inside itís the usual set up of booths and tables, with an enclosed, painted brewing setup taking up almost half of the floor space. Donít go out of your way to hit this place, but if youíre in west Portland or in Beaverton, itís a good place to go for pub grub and drinks.

Another one of those McMenamins in a strip mall. If you need a place to drink micros on a late busy night, McMenamins is there, but NOT the place you want to go.
