I was here last weekend in a blizzard. A nice airy space, with a bunch of great beer on tap. Probably about 30 taps, and some really good ones, too. The pizza is great! As are the soft pretzels. I really dug the vibe of this place, but I had no room for beer after all of the fantastic food. The bartender was a little lackadasical, and seemed more interested in playing with her phone than anything else. Still, a really good place!

Visited with two friends on October 11, 2012. Had a few beers and a super awesome tasting meat pizza. Nice service, pretty good selection. Nice central location. I’d go back for pizza alone, but the beer selection was decent as well.

Visited 7/2012. A fusion of classic psychedelic mellow mushroom with a downtown vibe. Seated promptly, but the waitress seemed a bit out of it. pretzels were great and thai pizza was perfect. Disappointed not to see any menu items unique to that location. Good selection of local CO beers on tap.

Visited on a Tuesday for lunch during a recent trip to Denver. Every table was full and I sat at the bar. The bartender was snappy with offering me a drink and the whole list seemed about average and most of the beers were available in Florida, so I opted for just water. The bartender then took a while to come back and when I did she entered my order incorrectly and took a while to bring it while flirting with a group of guys. Of course it was so loud in there with techno/ club music that she may have just heard me wrong. Not a wonderful experience overall, certainly below par with Mellow Mushroom.

Very VERY tasty pizza, decent beer selection, great patio for nice weather and people watching (or tvs for sports stuff if you’re into that sort of thing). Definitely try the pizza there, as it’s pretty hard to find good pie in Denver.

upscale MM in downtown DEN on the 16th St Mall with a good amount of taps but nothing too special. great pizza as usual. gets busy - had to sit at the bar to eat right away.

Nice bar/restaurant and employees. I enjoyed the pizza. The beer menu has a decent length, but it was a lot of the typical stuff (i.e., Stone IPA, Full Sail Amber, New Belgium Sunshine, etc). Probably a good place to watch a game if you’re down on 16th Street Mall.

Very cool, lit up from underneath bar. Hidden gem of 16th street, the bar itself feels like you are in a cozy nook, surrounded from above by the entrance and a patio.

This place has great pizza and a good beer selection. Have a ton of TVs for your sports games, along with lots of psychedelic murals and paintings characteristic of any mellow mushroom. The service here has always been really good for me, prompt and nice, and the beer selection is better than most pizza places, even ones that boast of a good beer menu. I was surprised to find tripel karmeliet on tap, my girlfriend enjoyed lindemans framboise, and then they have the typical smattering of colorado / american micro brew pale ales, ipas, seasonals. The pizza is really damn good, in spite of being a chain mellow mushroom has the best pizza i’ve had in denver. It is definitely pricier, so maybe not the best for being on a budget. Overall though, it is a great place to grab a pizza and a beer.
