I wish pizza parlors were like that in Canada. The pizza was delicious (house pizza) and they have 21 taps of good micro offering (well, there was one Yuengling). A great little place for pizza. Sampler flight, 4 X 4 on for 5.25$.
Part of the chain found around the southeast. About 20 micros on tap - Shipyard, Rogue, Dogfish Head etc. Good pizza and subs. Friendly staff, quick service, loud surroundings, overall, a fun place. Just down the street from Whole Foods.
This place is an excellent incarnation of the anti-chain. They have incredible pizza with solid beers to back up the pizza. They have DFH 90 and 60 on tap always and they cycle 2 or 3 seasonal taps. Some of their seasonal choices are wacky (last time I went it was Leinenkugelís Sunset Wheat). The place is tiny (it used to be a Boston Market) and when itís busy itís REALLY busy. I will go out of my way to come back here.
Visited in late July on a weekend afternoon. My friend and I were the only people at the bar, so the service was excellent. Small but good tap and bottle selection including the likes of DFH (60 and 90 minute), Shipyard, Lost Coast, Widmer in addition to some local beers and belgian ales. Unquestionably the food is excellent here and the beer selection should satisfy most. If you are in the area, definitely worth a stop.
I really like this chain, as they always have good beers on tap and great pizza. Tap selection is always pretty good, I had Boulder Risin as their seasonal last time in and shared a delicious pizza with friends. I still like the Savannah location a little better, mainly because itís a little more laid back there.
Visited here at lunch time. They were not too busy. Loved the decor and interior, small, but great tap line up. Ordered the stuffed portebello appetizer, and the chicken and cheese sandwhich. Both were very good. Menu was very simple, but what I tried was good.
Casual family friendly pizza place, great pizza, and sandwiches which rocked my world. The italian hoagie and cheesesteak were both amazing. Beer selection is smallish but has good choices. A sunday afternoon with a hoagie and a couple pints of Cigar City Jai Alai...what else ya want?
