This place was the place to go for <4,7 beers a while ago. Alot has happened since. For once, Lervig and Kinn has been national availiable, and alot of other shops has taken beer more seriously. I remember i found jolly pumkin and demolen here in early 2011, and that was a real wow factor. Now alot of shops has these and with better selection otherwise. If you’re into Valdres or Trollbryggeriet this is the place to go though

One of the best < 4.7 ABV beer stores in Oslo. It has unusual good selection (by Norwegian standards) and the prices are average (again by Norwegian standards). Reasonably central location. The staff couldn’t care less about beer.

Update: It used to be the best, but a lot of the beers I went here to get is now widely available. They still have a fairly decent selection, but there are better shops nearby in my opinion (i.e. Meny Oslo City)
Original review: Probably the best selection of Norwegian micros (below 4,7% ABV) in a supermarked in Norway. They also have some interesting foreign beers, but they are usually available in some other Meny stores too, but beers from Valdres Gardsbryggeri and Kinn Bryggeri are pretty rare in supermarkeds in Oslo. The store is conveniently located next to Grønland metro station (t-bane).

I was dissapointed by this place, not as good selection as i expected, some beers from Kinn, and that was it. Will probably give this shop a second chance.

Your average grocery store with a nice selection of Norwegian micros. Easy to locate if you have been at Olympen. Will probably come back here next time in Oslo to pick up some more hard-to-get Norwegian micros.

Maybe the best range of Norwegian macros and micros I have seen in a supermarket in this country. I bought some beers from Lervig that I have not had before. The service is what you can expect of a supermarket. Easy to find on the way to or back from Olympen (visited, 02.04.2011).

Good selection of Norwegian micros below 4.7%, very convenient stop on the way to Olympen restaurant. Moderately priced. (Everything is relative)

This store is part of the Meny chain of food stores. It has one of the best selections of sub-4.7% ABV beers in Oslo (but still poor by international standards). A fairly small selection, but it includes some that are hard to find elsewhere in Oslo stores, like Ægir, BrewDog and Svaneke.
