Nice and fairly understated spot in C Heights. Well laid out, open and spacious. Food is above average, thoughtful locally sourced stuff of the heavy or light variety, tasterís choice. Beer selection is quite good, a range of excellent local options as well as some nicely sought after national craft stuff and others. Very fine place.

Great place to visit for non-locals, with plenty of local offerings that donít see much distribution outside the DC/Baltimore metro, and super cheap sample pours available--$2-$3 per 4 oz sample. We stuck the the $2 offerings and got 10 new ticks for $20. Canít beat that. Burgers are solid.

Nice, roomy place. Friendly service. Old Ox tap takeover on a Thursday night. Good beer selection, but have to take points off because the online bottle list was over six months out of date (per the bartender), and it is not clear if it is ever updated. Results in frustration when some beers expected are months gone.

Checked in to Meridian Pint last night for the DC Brau/Oskar Blues Smells Like Freedom release. It drew a good crowd so nice and lively. The DC Brau crew were around to chat all things beery with the punters. Bartenders were efficient and quick to keep the glasses full. We didnít eat on this occasion as opted for the Kangaroo Boxing Club instead, but will be sure to return another time soon.

Super place. Lots of drafts, all very exciting and uncommon. The bottle list was also wonderful. No complaints in terms of service either. Could get busy, but not when I was there. A cool laid back place. Awesome.

Great place to grab local area beers in Washington from all around Maryland, D.C. and Virginia. They also feature some great imported gems from Firestone Walker or others from time to time - their website is kept pretty up to date. Buck a shuck oysters on Tuesdays (I think) are awesome. Go after 10 if you can as they offer happy hour priced pints as they clean their lines every night. One of D.Cís best.

Stopped in here with Travlr for a few pours. Pretty dark place with a long bar that dominates the ground floor. Over 20 taps that almost entirely only featured beers from the mid-atlantic Good variety of options, including some exclusives that were made specifically for the bar. Power raters may struggle to find new things on the bottle list. The foodís apparently very good. Solid, attentive service. Overall, a great spot to drink local beer.

Nice restaurant with a focus on beer. Basement bar is open at certain times and the booths have a tap system where you can pick a beer to self serve. Very nice draft list with a good amount of local beers. Bottle list is a bit limited but not too shabby. Food is great out of everything Iíve had. Service has always been friendly and attentive, bartenders are great at keeping an eye on empty glasses. Only been a few times, coming from Orange line in Falls Church takes some time but always love visiting when Iím around that area.
