This place has a great selection for the location. I picked up an Ommegang Three Philosophers and a 4 pack of Palo Santo. They had the new Sierra Nevada Anniversary beer. About 25 feet of wall space devoted to craft beer. This place is a good/easy place to stop in and get good product quickly. Employees helpful.

Stopped in here on the way back to the hotel, heard I may be able to find some local bottles. Atmosphere was standard liquor/bottle shop with people milling around all over the place. Service was decent. Was asked twice if I needed any help, I didnít tho. Quality seemed pretty solid. I checked a few of the bottles and they were all within their dates. Selection was pretty good but I didnít see any local bottles I was on the lookout for which kind of sucked. Only thing I thought about buying was a special sweet water but I decided it wasnít worth it. Prices were reasonable on most, a few were a little overpriced. Overall a good bottle shop overall, just nothing amazing.

Split store - one side handles low(er) alcohol beers and the other side handles high gravity beer, wine, liquor.
Great selection of stuff on shelves, and in coolers. Most likely the best selection in Nashville. Good choice of ciders as well. Fairly knowledgable staff. Low-gravity stuff is available in singles, but high-grav four packs and six packs cannot be split up.

10/24/13 - In Nashville on business and made this my first stop. No real ambiance to speak of, just a typical bottle shop. Went in the beer store first. Great selection! Had a lot of stuff I did not see elsewhere in Nashville. Numerous breweries represented. You can buy singles from all 6-packs they sell, which is a hige plus! And while they have several coolers full of different beers, they have a far greater selection of warm beers, which is good for the traveler looking to take different beers home. Had several beers in the cooler that I did not see warm though. I ended up spending way more money than I had intended too. Person working the register was friendly and engaged me in small talk. I did not know that Nashville had to separate the higher alcohol beers though and noticed several Stone and Sweetwater bombers in the attached liquor store, neccesitating a visit and additional money spent. The liquor store had a few rows and shelves of higher alcohol content beers, most of which are seasonal, one-offs, and hard to find. Typical, fair prices. Could have easily spend hundreds in these two stores. Great selection and a definite must stop.

This is probably the best bottle shop in Nashville with not only great selection, but knowledgeable staff. They always seem to get a hold of special releases and donít gouge the price - which I appreciate.

Good selection, especially on the over 6% side, and the staff was helpful without being overbearing. Prices seemed reasonable, and they had a ton of stuff I couldnít get in Knoxville. The beer sideís selection wasnít quite as impressive, but still not bad.

Great store decent selection. It is annoying to have to use 2 stores to get beer in Tennessee. That is not the stores fault.

Stopped in while in Nashville this week... annoying TN problems aside (high abv stuff is in the liquor store portion and the lower beer is in the beer side.) You can split sixers, mix and match, find some good locals and decent import selection, but this is just another beer store.

Nice store, with 6% plus abv beers in the wine and liquor half, and the under 6 in the separated beer shanty. Both sides have good selection, but high gravity side looks like an afterthought with some of the beer tucked in behind the cash registers and vestibule. Nice and knowledgeable staff. Prices are about what to expect in TN: a bit high, but not ridiculous.

In town for the week, I swung by to grab some regional/local stuff. With the screwy Tennessee liquor laws, the high gravity stuff is on the liquor side and anything at 6.3% ABV and below (I believe that was the break-point) is on the beer/cigar side. I was pleased to see that the guys on the beer side knew their inventory well and could describe most of what I wasnít familiar with already. Amongst the stuff not available in KS or MO, I found: Yazoo, Sweetwater, Victory, Yuengling, DFH, and a few others. The higher gravity side had a couple employees that were eager to help me with my mini-quest, but other than Yazooís Sue, there wasnít too much that I havenít already tried or canít find in KC. The combined selection here is pretty solid, and if you are into sakes, they have one of the best selections Iíve ever seen. If youíre in the area and wanting to make a beer run, this is a solid choice.
