Really no need to rate this, as others have said the most. What I find most interesting and cool about Mikkeller bar is the specialevents they have regularily, like sour weekend and black sensation. A visit there on other occations is a nice experience as well. Usually you get a nice and competent service by the staff.

Bright, lovely designed bar in the basement. Plenty of god beers on tap and a huge bottle selection of rare beers.

Well, I can only re-state what has already been said below. Surprisingly smaller than I expected, but it didn’t seem to matter. The selection is excellent, and the staff is very good. Prices are high, but not too bad for the city. Must see for sure.

Lovely little basement bar in the slightly seedy area of Vesterbro in Copenhagen. This is a beer bar for beer geeks by beer geeks and that shows. 15 taps with everchanging beers, many from Mikkeller and some fom other breweries. At my visit in June 2010 they also had draught beers from Grassroots, Three Floyds, Revelation Cat and Beck Bräu. But the list of draught beers change every day. And the list of bottled beers is quite impressive (and fairly pricey). Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Lovely place. A must visit in Copenhagen.

You must visit this place if you are curios about rare beers! Small place in a basement, little bit crowded - but who cares? The place has a fantastic ambiance with a minimal design, a huge selection of the rarest beer on tap in Scandinavia, fantastic bottled beers from all over the world. Again: You must visit the place!

Piccolo pub con dei mobili di colore beige che lo rende leggermente freddo.Le birre alla spina sono prettamente Mikkeller con qualche chicca di altri.

Fascinating place, minimalist, informal, pleasantly demodè. Not the usual beer bar, no one could expect something like this. I onestly LOVED it! Nothing to say about the selection, simply great. A world class!

Most likely the best bar I have ever been to.
Where the hell can you get the best beers in the world?
In Copenhagen at the Mikkeller bar (for sure).
Very cozy and clean place located in the souterrain.
The beers are just amazing, they have them all on bottle and lots of Mikkeller beer from the tap.
About 15 taps, 10 for Mikkeller beers and 5 taps for other beers, constantly changing.
The bar tender (Jannik) is a great and friendly guy. Has a lot of knowledge about what is sold in the bar and is a great guy to chat with about beer.
Man I wish we had such a bar here!

Visited here on the night they were tapping a new special beer (the great DFG Pale Ale), and drank beer outside with Papsoe (and joergen and yespr when they came). The interior is cute, a bit bland but the atmosphere is pretty good. The service was quite friendly and efficient, but I didn’t have much contact with them, only ordering once at the bar. The beer selection is what makes this place, 15 taps (not sure if all were on when I visited though), many (mostly quite great) Mikkeller beers, some stuff from De Dolle, a tap from Revelation Cat etc. and an excellent bottle selection. The beer is extremely worth coming back here again and again and again and though some other aspects might be currently slightly "lacking", they can improve over time as this is still quite new. Mikkel and the others are great people and this deserves and merits success.

Incredible bar dedicated to beer geeks. Lots of Mikkeller suff, of course, but also from their friends and collaborators. Go there for rare stuff and one offs, too. Stop number one in Copenhagen!
