Arrived during open hours posted on web site, about noon. "Weíre not opening til 5 today". I stated we had just driven over 80 miles to have beer there. "Weíre not opening til 5 today."
Like what does it take to sell a beer? or two.
Smart move would have been to offer a free sample, if the register wasnít up. Or just take some cash. But ...

Well, they have now apologized, which is a nice thing to do:
"I just read about your experience here today and I was so disappointed to hear about it. We were doing a little work in the space and had to close for a few hours this afternoon to due so. Iím so sorry we didnít post anything online; the majority of our guests are local regulars so we are usually able to pass news along via word of mouth. Iím flattered that you came so far to see us and I will defiantly start posting information online as it seems that our customer base is expanding. Iím not sure who you spoke with today, likely a construction person or possibly a brewer, but whoever it was Iím sorry that they did not make you feel more welcome. The next time you find yourself in the area, Iíd love to try to make it up to you with a round of beers for you and some friends. I hope that you will take me up on the offer sometime soon. Stopped in late one night on the way back from Napa. I was worried we were in the wrong spot since the street was completely dark and there arenít any light up signs outside. The only clue that there was a business open was the amount of cars parked on the street. To my surprise, the inside was packed. People and bottles everywhere. Good music playing too. They have bottles everywhere that you can have opened. We tried the two house beers and split a bottle of 3 Fonteinen Gueuze. Both beers were kind of strange but I guess their shtick is using local ingredients and making odd beers. Both were alright but neither were amazing. The service was very good despite being full and seeing the tiny little brewing system next to the bar was a nice touch. Itís a bit out of the way for me but some day Iíll stop back in.
