Couldn’t agree more with motelpogo. I had the chance to taste their amazing svetly 12 which is IMO one of the best bohemian pilsner of Czech Republic. The garden of the brewery is one of the weirdest place I’ve ever drink beer, and since I’ve been there I only want to go back. Though I agree that a proper pub to serve the brewery offerings would be a nice addition.

a great place for a sunny afternoon. hopefully by winter 2012/13 there will be a pub around the corner from the brewery serving its offerings, but at the moment the beer can only be enjoyed in the ramshackle courtyard outside the brewery. a very popular place, full of cyclists. the brewer is extra friendly and happy to give a guided tour of the brewery (which takes about 2 minutes - it’s tiny).
one note: it’s worth checking the website section "aktuality"
- A co u nás aktuálně čepujeme? to see what’s on tap. normally 2 beers are on offer. oh, and there should be some home-made cider from time to time

Microbrewery in the village of Stahlavy south of Plzen. Very friendly owner who showed me round and gave me his Pilsner Ilgner 12° which turned out to be a lovely, delicious and very moreish beer. If you’re near the place go there! This place can be combin ed with a visit to the breweries in Cizice and Rokycany.
