Absolutely love this place. The beer is great, the food is good, and the people that work here are extremely nice. This is a place where I’m comfortable bringing family and friends to share in some great drinks. The tour is highly recommended, too, especially if Adam is the guide.

The inside cries "Steampunk" in it’s design. It has Great Food (Their Burgers are awesome!), Great Beer. Worth checking out if you’re in the Twin Cities area!

This is my go to brewery/eatery. The food is great and at a fair price. Amazing craft beer with regular selection turn over (1+ new beer a week) Amazing seasons and special beers, good service. Great bartenders! I’m there once a week for free bee hour on Saturday (part of their mug club membership that can be bought two weeks a year, and is for life). I can’t spend enough time here.

This place is awesome. Great food and awesome local brews. Real cask ales and many other tap brews. Definitely will stop by here to grab a bite to eat and a growler next time in the cities.

This is what a brewpubs should be. Fantastic food, fantastic ambiance and fantastic service. Most importantly its only outdone by its fantastic beer. I highly recommend the twisted reality. One of my favorites. And I love the raggamuffin chicken sandwich. Great stuff. The growlers are very well priced as well.

There are some things in life I’ll never be able to figure out...garden gnomes...techno music...Ben & J. Lo....why I put off visiting this fine brewpub for 5 years... Now that I’ve seen the light, I check in here once or twice a week, and regular as clockwork when they have burger-&-a-pint (cask not included) for only $5. And what pints, too! Always 5 sturdy standbys, plus up to 3 seasonals and 2 on cask. I’ve rarely been disappointed by any of their beers, (just had a Black H20 Oatmeal Stout not 15 minutes ago...yum...), but must recommend the Masala Mama IPA highly for all hopheads. The Scotch and Golden Ale are also must-try’s. The food here is just good enough, and sometimes very excellent, but you’re not coming for the food, are you? Service, excellent, and quite knowledgeable on the beers. Plenty spacious, with a long bar, plenty of tables, ample room in the back, a pool table, plus patio seating in summer, with plenty to gaze at in this college neighborhood. I would urge you to avoid the late nights if you have any aversion to smoke, cacophonous chatter, and the twittering and buzzing of barely-legal co-eds getting they drink on.

Very cool, old atmosphere, great service, and a large collection of MTH beers to taste. I believe that I tasted about ten during my one stop there. The food was also good, so this is a definite on a Minneapolis beer tour.

I frequent this establishment quite often as it is fairly close to my house. The inside is pretty big with a nice 30 person bar along with multiple tables. Back room has pool tables. Outdoor patio is excellent during the summer and fall periods. Food menu is pretty decent. Surprisingly awesome gyro. Most importantly is the beers. Excellent everyday offerings including Masala Mama. Awesome seasonals as well with new ones weekly. Cask offers too. They also have a handfull of guest beers to expand their offerings. Overall an excellent place with great beers, good food, and fun staff. A must if you are visiting MN

Really nice ambiance...typical old school brewpub with dark wood and brick. Had a somewhat Irish feel to it. Lots of interesting brews on tap, both theirs and others. My wife had a walleye sandwich that she thought was delicious. Had Masala Mama on tap by my wife preferred the Hop Slam. Good food, good beer, good place. Really relaxed and not at all stuffy. Everyone would be comfortable here!

Masala Mama. I could just repeat that for an entire review and it should be enough to convince people to go. Nice selection and a big sampler platter, and really enjoyed a number of their beers. Food-wise, good sandwiches (OK, good "sandwich", I’ve only been there once). Pleasant and friendly wait staff, typical nice bar-restaurant ambience, in a cool area and all.
