Very nice, old school pub. Went there once during the World Cup. Bartender was real nice, knew his beer a lot. Food was very decent, beer selection was good, prices were fair. Guest beers were awesome! I definitely enjoyed my visit.

Updated after my first visit since the remodel. How do you take something that is already amazing and make it better? A large bar up front with seating around it and more seating around back. Service is always great and bartenders are happy to talk beer. Now have 35 taps which are split between, their beer, guest taps and ciders. Samplers are available and food is always class. My favorite in Minneapolis.

Visited this place multiple times as my hotel was a short iron away. Large, functional space with a long bar and plenty of high top seating. The core beers like Masala Mama werenít flashy, but they were very tasty. Some of the experimental things like Banana Split werenít quite there, but I appreciate the effort. Service was awesomely friendly and welcoming. Prices were very decent. Overall, this place isnít hip, but the beers are totally solid. A work horse of the scene that probably gets taken for granted by locals. Recommended.

Visited here while in Minnesota for Darkness Day. Just so happens Town Hall was released "Three Hour Tour" the same day. Nice place, seems like a big restaurant with a sizable bar area. Nice tap list of their own drafts, along with a guess list as well. Masala Mama, their flagship IPA, is awesome. Three Hour Tour (coconut milk stout) was amazing as well. Great food, got the Greek salad with grilled chicken... Hnnnnng. Good service, friendly & helpful. Nice outdoor patio area alongside the humble street corner where itís located. Yes, we were eating outside, in Minnesota, in late October. It was a beautiful day. Great place, be sure to visit if youíre in the Minneapolis area.

Stopped in during Darkness Day weekend. They had their Anniversary week so they had some special brews on tap. Decent pieces and selection. You can tell they know what they are doing.

I have been wanting to visit this place for quite some time, after receiving a growler of Masala Mama in a trade, and it did not disappoint! Metered parking is available near the brewpub. It is a nice space, with some outdoor seating as well. They had a bunch of house taps (maybe 10+?) and about 10 guest taps as well. The Masala Mama on tap was delicious, of course, and their white IPA and dortmunder were tasty as well. I had bratwurst and chicken tortilla soup, which was quite tasty. A must visit if in Minneapolis, in my opinion. They seem to have at least monthly special events as well.

Sunday night dinner ... The place filled to capacity as we sat there, mostly on the patio overlooking a busy intersection, despite the threat of thunderstorms. This place gets great reviews, and mostly lives up to them. The beers were good to great, the food respectably representative of American pub fare. The service was a bit aloof, and in the end, to me, this blends in with so many other American brewpubs. (Brewery #657)

Stopped in on a Tuesday afternoon for lunch. Didnít see anywhere to park close so we ended up in a metered parking lot a few blocks away. Decent enough part of town pretty close to a train stop. At about 2 or 3 pm there wasnít much of a crowd and service was decent. I donít know what the deal was, but they didnít have hardly anything of their own on draft. I was able to try a nice barrel aged barley wine, but the beer I came here for, Masala Mama, was not available. They also would not do samplers, so I got to try one of their beers. That was a total let down. I think this is the only brewery Iíve ever been to that didnít allow samplers. Very odd. The food was good. I had walleye fish tacos. Pricing was decent. For two beers and two lunch entrees it was around $35.

Wasnít expecting to make it here, on my most recent visit, which is a good thing, because I was pleasantly surprised. Apparently, this just re-opened. The place looks great: high ceilings, exposed brick, etc. Has a relaxed feel to it, for sure. Service was prompt, and attentive. With that being said, the food was just good, to pretty good. The beer, however, was great. They a barrel release deal going on the week I was there so I was able to get a Mahattan draught, and a growler of the Buffalo Bock to go. Spectacular beer, and service + pretty good food = an awesome place. Definitely a must-stop while in Minnesota.

I really like this place. Never rated it and they just opened, so I figured -what the heck! Beers are awesome - no argument there. The service was better before they closed for 3 months during their renovation. Sat for 10 minutes before I got my first beer. Thats bad. Their food is above average bar food, but now served on a metallic plate that is still making my teeth hurt - what the hell guys? $1.25 for a side salad to replace fries was fine before - you actually got a nice sized salad. Now, its 4 bites and gone.
Edit: Getting better here.
