A quite popular Irish- type pub right in the center of the city. The selection is limited, featuring mostly big irish brands. I find the place itself interesting though; lots of live performances (every day) and big. Probably better known as a party- place than a bar.

Visited Molly Friday night. Very packed. Not much good beer. It used to be a lot smaller (years ago when I used to go there) and had London Pride on cask. Now it was more like nightclub. So no need for another visit very soon.

I used to love going here for cheap live music. And if you don’t mind a packed and sweaty friday/saturday night listening to cover versions of classics, then this is a great place to be. However, it’s no beer haven. Note - most of my points are because I like the music, not for beer reasons.

A place you’ll need to explore when visiting Helsinki. There are no strangers, just friends who have not met in Molly Malone’s!
