Typical Alaska ambiance and the place is always busy. Expect a wait, if not, go somewhere else. They do have a bar... Which is where we ate after securing a beer or two. Family oriented, reminds me of the sucess of the Pizza Port chain in So Cal. Make it family friendly and you’ll do well. Beer was good to above par, the Apple Ale was my favorite and the RaspBerry Wheat was also really good. Found the IPA to be a tad lacking but still good. Pizza was awesome. Busy place all the time so expect that.

Almost everything about Moose’s Tooth is tip top. I live in Anchorage and stop in the restaraunt about twice a month for food, and fill up a 1 gallon growler from the bar every now and then to take home. The only problem I’ve every had is with the wait, but if you’re just visiting anchorage, it’s worth it. They have an excellent selection of regular beer, as well as roating beers which then unveil at a live concert event.

I love this place. Huge selection (19 of their beers were on tap while we were there and covered a large range of styles). The pizza is excellent. The atmosphere is typical laid-back pizza place. It has kind of a college feel. The place stays packed though. It’s really hard to get a table if you wait to normal meal hours to show up. It’s worth the visit though. Wait staff seemed pretty knowledgable of the beer though.

Awesome gourmet pizza’s. Not a bad selection of beers. Place was pretty crowded when we were there, waited about 40 mins for a table. Worth it though.

My favorite place to stop in Anchorage! A must stop for all visiting the city. Expect large crowds and maybe a long wait for food. Food and Beer are both wonderful, I would recomend the Rasberry Wheat! It’s a great all around beer.

This is one of my favorite places in Anchorage. The place was remodeled and expanded a couple years ago and looks great and clean. The pizza and salads are excellent, some of the pizza combinations sound strange but I assure you every one of them is delicious. You could literally close your eyes and throw a dart at the menu and you would have a tasty meal. The beer selection is superb, although this place is so popular that they can sometimes run out of a particular beer. Very busy on friday nights and on the weekends but worth the wait. You can also get growlers filled and purchase 5 gal kegs at the restaurant. My only problem with the place is that you have to purchase their growler bottles, you can’t get a personal growler bottle filled. Also, you can’t get a personal corny keg filled, they have pre-filled sankey kegs and only some varieties available. If your in Anchorage this place is a must.

I liked this place. It had great service, at least at the bar it did. The female bartender was extremely prompt; she was also quite attractive, to boot. I didn’t try the food, because I don’t really eat bar food during the week, but everything looked appetizing. They had a great selection of their own stuff. I’ve been into brewpubs where they barley have their normal lineup, but this place had lots of stuff on tap, e.g. the Darth Delirium was a nice surprise. The ambiance was decent. I’d just call it your average, somewhat open, brewpub feel. I’m giving value a perfect 10, because the woman behind the bar hooked me up with a free tasting, so I consider that great value; however, their prices weren’t bad, and had many different size options to choose from. You must stop here, when visiting Anchorage.

Mooses Tooth Pub and Pizzeria. OH my god it is the best pizza I have ever had. Oh yah they have Beer too. Heres the deal I really love 3 of their beers Fairweather IPA (surprise... surprise) Raspberry Wheat and the Pipline Stout Their wine list leaves alot to be desired. My thoughts are Pacific North West How about getting some Chatue Ste. Michelle or Columbia Crest?? purhaps some Mission Hills Ice Wine. Ok back to the beer I would also like to see atleast one Midnight Sun Tap lets get out of that box of only haveing house brewed beer on tap just a thought.
