Visited during a busy lunch rush while on vacation. Fun bright decor- a mix of southwest and "hippie" with art painted right onto the walls. Good basic selection of house brews. I enjoyed all the ones I sampled. Service was good- he brought me some samples to my taste, was attentive despite the rush, but not a hoverer. Food (burger) was good but not mind-blowing. Prices seemed decent, but I am not familiar with area prices. Good first stop.

College town feel small brew pub. Great service, cool selection of non-standard beers. Service was great and unpretentious. Worth swinging in for sure.

Great location right on Pearl Street, cool building with lots of art and music dťcor. Beer is okay. Food not that great. Staff really is a bunch of kids that donít have a vast knowledge of beer. Overall, itís fine.

We came in for lunch on a Saturday and the place was hopping. Thirty minute wait for a table but they were serving unlimited samples. I sampled four stouts before being seated. Sweet! All were quite tasty.

Visited on 10/10/12. GABF Week. We had stopped in Mountain Sun to meet up with friends for lunch before we started brewery hopping. A: The place has really laid back vibe, great homey mellow feel to it. Its a lot more brewpub than brewery as the bar area only had 5 stools but many tables for food/beer patrons. Q: The quality of the beers were decent, no one had any complaints and while some beers were good,, most that the group tried were acceptable. S: We had gotten there right before noon and the place was easily 3/4 full but our servers were very friendly, prompt, and knowledgable about the beers. S: Selection was very good, had almost 20 taps of in house beers that offered a wide selection. It was pretty impressive especially after seeing their small brewing system. Also offered other selections from local CO breweries too. F: Food was really good, nobody had any complaints at all. Had a burrito which was not only made with fresh flavors but worth the 8 dollars they were charging. V: Half Pints/Pints/Flights were all reasonably priced as was the food too. Overall, this is a place that does well with the locals and I can see why after having visited. Definitely a stop worth making when in the Boulder area.

Visited with Mike on my tour of Boulder. Smallish location in the downtown area. Small patio out front and some tables and booths inside. Ordered some of their rotating Belgian beers to try and a chicken burrito. Found the burrito to be quite enjoyable and the beers were pretty solid all around with one or two duds. The service was very friendly and quick. They have a ton of beers on tap, so you can probably always find something new. Cool little place, would definitely be back.

Visited November 2012.

After visiting the Vine Street Pub in Denver the day before I was a bit disappointed that there really wasnít anything different here in terms of beer. Also, there was pretty much nobody in the restaurant. No bartender, no servers, nothing. I sat at a table and eventually someone came by and I ordered a glass of the wet hopped Saison which was admittedly pretty good. The server was nice but judging by how little she had to say I suspect that they were closing up shop for the night. I didnít eat anything, just had a quick pint and headed out. They had less available than the Vine Street Pub over all but if youíre in Boulder and not Denver then you might as well try the beers here.
