Visited April 19, 2013 after stopping at the Bruery to try some Humulus Palm.

Ive been in here a dozen times over the years to grab a soda on the way in or out of the Bruery tasting room but I guess I hadnt been back since they started carrying decent beer. Naturally they have a decent Bruery selection but they also have a bunch of other stuff that you may not expect from looking at the outside (Racer X, BRUX, a sizeable Green Flash collection, most of the Lost Abbey lineup, and more).

Prices were reasonable and pretty much everything else goes with a small liquor/convenience store applies here. Ill probably stop in again at some point after leaving the Bruery.

Liquor store with a great selection of craft beers. Lots of amazing US craft beer, including some rare offerings. Would visit a lot if I lived there.

Only stopped here since we were at The Bruery and our ride was a little late. Big sign saying over 50 brands. Looks like a hole in the wall liquor store, then I walked in. If I wasnt in CA for only 1 more day and I had lots of luggage, I would have dropped hundreds of bucks here. For me to see this many new beers is amazing.

Recommended by Bman1113vr, so I had to stop by while visiting..Lets just say I could have spent a good amount of money here and had to hold back..They staff went out of their way to help me with some stuff and the prices were the best I had found in the area..I will not making a trip to LA area without stopping here.

Short: A legit bottle shop walking distance from The Bruery.

Long: Semi dumpy convenience store with a mega beer selection inside: cases of Lagunitas Sucks, lots of weird Belgian bottles, 3F Geuze, local beers in sixers and singles, cases of harder to find Mikkeller stuff, Amager Weasel Brunch, oddball New Zealand and Italian stuff. Definitely a hidden gem that should not be overlooked when visiting The Bruery.

Easy walk from the Bruery, so this makes a convenient stop. Tons of parking. Friendly staff. Large selection, mostly local stuff. Worth a look.

Another place we just bumped into, but I admit we were guided a little bit by user womancantsail. Got a lot of beauties from all of US, California high lighted. Friendly if not so very knowledgeable service. Definitely a place Id visit again 130811

This place has great craft beer selection at great price. Whats easier for me is they are right of 57 fwy and orangethorpe. This place is my second stop after I hang out at at the brewery as this place is 100 feet from brewery. This place is getting better and better.

Small store just down the street from the Bruery. Used to just be your typical liquor store, but now a pretty respectable selection of micros. Still has the typical liquor store selections, though. Kind of funny to see tall cans of Crazy Stallion next to bottles of Lost Abbey beers.

This place has definitely changed in the last few years. If you had wandered in a year or two ago, the only sort of beer you would find is malt liquor, but these days there is a rather impressive selection of local and not so local craft beer. From cork and caged Lost Abbeys like Red Poppy, to Speedway, to Gueuzes, to even stuff from the Bruery down the street. Still a few obscure malt liquors if that is your thing. Easy parking, prices are pretty decent. Only problem is some of there items might sit on shelves for a while (as no one expects this outwardly average looking liquor store to have godd craft beer). Example: Bear Republic Racer X from more than 6 months ago still on the shelf. Either way, worth checking out if you are visiting the Bruery up the street and need some bottles.
