Visited for a Friday dinner and beer tasting at a small wine shop in Caldwell. The evening’s dinner turned out to be a burger bar along with six ’featured’ craft beers at an additional cost. At least they had GT Black Cauldron and even opened up that wax covered menace of a bottle. Brew selection was limited to 18-20, but all were decent PNW regionals as well as easily attainable Samuel Smith and Chimay offerings. Staff was friendly, but offered limited knowledge of the beer lineup. Seating is limited and the live music was enjoyable. I do love a nice Sheryl Crow cover. Since this is one of few options for craft beer in Caldwell I guess it would be ok. Since I live in the center of the valley I’d rather go east in my spare time.
