94 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 9/10 SELECTION 15/15 FOOD 10/10 VALUE 9/10 OVERALL 19/20 arojewski (2) Old Bridge, New Jersey | January 5, 2013 I’ll never find a perfect pair of excellent food and an incredible beer selection. I spent more time on the 5 page long beer menu than I did deciding on my appetizer. The prime rib was nothing short of perfect, as was my pairing with a Straffe Hendrik Brugs Quadrupel, with a digestif of Delirium Nocturnum. Truly an incredible menu! | 94 AMBIANCE 5/5 SERVICE 10/10 SELECTION 14/15 FOOD 9/10 VALUE 7/10 OVERALL 18/20 rickhall28 (140) Denville, New Jersey | March 24, 2013 Excellent casino take on a brewpub. As good or better than anything slmilar in Vegas. Obviously the mussels are amazing. What’s really great here is both the bottle list and the draft list. There is a really good Belgium selection...with a number of incredibly hard to find beers...especially when you consider some of the hardest to find are featured here on draft. The decor is great...especially the motorcycle hanging from the ceiling and the chandeliers made out of bottles. Not being a gambler...the high points for me at Revel (besides the great oceanside location away from most of the other casinos) are the great Spanish restaurant Amada and this place Mussels. Also, make sure you checkout the rooftop garden at night...overlooks the ocean with a firepit. | 82 AMBIANCE 5/5 SERVICE 7/10 SELECTION 13/15 FOOD 8/10 VALUE 6/10 OVERALL 16/20 ziki88 (1) Eldora, New Jersey | February 28, 2013 I’ve only eaten at the bar but the food I tasted was delicious. You must try the mussels while you are here.
Onto the beer, the bartender was very passionate and knowledgeable about the beer and it’s history. There are many to choose from. The beer was pricey, but that is standard for Atlantic City.
| 84 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 6/10 SELECTION 14/15 FOOD 7/10 VALUE 5/10 OVERALL 18/20 joeyplush (15) Garnet Valley, Pennsylvania | August 4, 2012 You might hear angels sing when you sit down at the bar here, and observe the 30+ taps, and floor to ceiling glass cases filled with an outstanding array of high quality bottles. I’ve been here twice - the bar manager served us the first time and he was excellent. The guys who served us last weekend were fair at best and their attitudes kind of sucked. The mussels are really good, pizzas are ok. You go here for the beer, go to one of the other Revel restaurants like Amada for great food. | 92 AMBIANCE 5/5 SERVICE 10/10 SELECTION 13/15 FOOD 9/10 VALUE 6/10 OVERALL 18/20 Cornboy (19) Eastampton, New Jersey | June 10, 2012 One of the best selections in a restaurant in NJ. Food was outstanding, albeit pricey but you are in a casino. Rodenbach 2008 vintage on tap for $10
4 yr old gulden draak, samiclaus lost abbey, lots of rarities on tap and bottles were excellent. Expected stella and the like from a casino restaurant. What a surprise. Staff knows their beer and the food. Most beers are $7 - $12 for a pint. Probably wont see firewaters again with this place |
