Begrudgingly, I’ll add my review here. I don’t believe that this should be on ratebeer based on the fact that you can’t go here to just have a beer. And they don’t always have beer. But, the service is impeccable and charming. Nothing is left undone. The food is retarded good. It’s hard to qualify value at a restaurant that’ll set you back at least $300 for two people, but it is worth every penny.

Went for El Bulli, waiting on Kyoto. Easily the best service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. They come by and grab all of the crumbs off of your table so you don’t get your clothes dirty while placing your elbows on the table. Entirely not stuffy. Awesome recreations of great food. 29 courses was not nearly enough, but I couldn’t eat properly for a week. Selection? I only have one beer available for my pairing. Fuck drinking beer here. The non alcoholic pairing were SICK and the alcoholic pairings were damn good too. But still, only one beer. Yes, brewed specifically for the meal we were having, but only one beer. Not quite sure why this is even on this site. Go to The Aviary next door to drink. Whatever. 5 hour meal was worth the price tag. This place deserves 99+ but not on this site.
