The staff are very knowledgeable and happy to discuss the range with you and listen to recommendations! The prices are competitive too. | 96 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 10/10 SELECTION 15/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 9/10 OVERALL 19/20 mr_h (4) Ayr, Scotland | January 21, 2012| Updated August 13, 2012 Tremendous selection of ales, owner highly knowledgeable and passionate about beer, great place to visit | 94 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 10/10 SELECTION 13/15 FOOD 7/10 VALUE 8/10 OVERALL 20/20 Neilinblack (10) , Scotland | December 16, 2011| Updated August 13, 2012 Beer shop that has a superb range of beers - even if they don’t stock it they will do their best to get a beer for you. Staff sure know about the beer they sell. | 92 AMBIANCE 5/5 SERVICE 10/10 SELECTION 15/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 7/10 OVERALL 16/20 JohnRMurdoch (244) Glasgow, Scotland | January 3, 2012| Updated August 13, 2012 I find this place a bit surreal. It looks like a bog standard mini supermarket. but were you would expect to see the Tennents & Stella there is instead an amazing selection of high quality craft beers which are hard to find. Owner very friendly & passionate about beer. One of the most interesting beer stores I have ever visited. | 90 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 10/10 SELECTION 11/15 FOOD 7/10 VALUE 8/10 OVERALL 20/20 Benio (13) , | December 20, 2011| Updated August 13, 2012 great selection of beers | 86 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 8/10 SELECTION 12/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 9/10 OVERALL 20/20 Nisse666 (80) Göteborg, Sweden | April 4, 2013 Visited yesterday, not that easy to find - no sign on the outside for Ninas. Just loads of yellow. 20 min walk from the city center bring a backpack to carry the beers;). Very friendly owner that was pretty proud over the selection. Bend over and look behind bottles - you might find old and odd gems - but be sure to check BB... Close to the Cloister pub 1 min away. Great sellection of Kernel and Molen beers etc. Tempest is a very nice brewery... unfortunatly found this out a couple of hours to late;) | 84 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 9/10 SELECTION 13/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 7/10 OVERALL 17/20 jvhemert (15) Edinburgh, Scotland | June 1, 2012 Owner is a real beer aficionado and up for a chat about his collection. Shop does not appear to have this treasure from its appearance---it even has a faded Tennents sign! Could be a bit better stocked on Belgian beers, but that is a personal bias. | 84 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 9/10 SELECTION 13/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 8/10 OVERALL 17/20 Cunningham (246) Halden, Norway | November 8, 2012 WOW. I just found this place by a coincidence. Planned to buy some food before The Brauhaus opened. Thought this was an ordinary off licence. What an outstanding range off bottles. The man behind the desk could do a well guiding as well.
Recomendable. | 82 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 8/10 SELECTION 12/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 7/10 OVERALL 18/20 sic1314 (229) Leiden, Netherlands | November 16, 2012| Updated December 1, 2012 Quite an amazing sight to walk into a convenience store and find a shelf of De Molen. Not a huge selection, but wonderfully varied. Has the same ownership as Brauhaus? |
