In the heart of Rome, hidden behind Piazza Navona, No.Au is a bizarre restaurant without fire: ironing (!) is the only cooking manner, but most dishes are raw (tartare, raw crustacean, etc..); all ingredients are top quality. Few beers available on tap, by Italian microbreweries (mostly Baladin and Birra del Borgo) and a lambic always present (Cantillon); a big fridge of bottles, including special editions. A bit on the pricey side for food: beware the small portions. Overall worth more than one visit.

Very new. Had only been open 1.5 months when I visited. 3 taps, 3 beer engines (real/cask ale) and a very good bottle selection. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They don’t have a traditional kitchen, but the food was still great. I would never have heard of the place if not for the bartender at Ma che siete venuti a fà.
