Awesome place. No food, but its a brewery. Selection is awesome, all NoDa of course. Service is good; bar tender left us alone unless we needed help. Really chill place and I will for sure be back.

Visited on a Wednesday evening. Nice interior, with big windows behind the bar to show off the brewery equipment. 13 beers on tap when we visited including the weekly NoDable Series release. Sample trays offered, no food inside, but a really tasty food truck was parked outside. Birdsong Brewery is also located across the street. Most beers here were very solid, with a couple of notable standouts (Hop Drop n Roll and Coco Loco/ Imperial Coco Loco). Having just moved to Charlotte last month, this is definitely the best of the 5 local breweries I have tried so far. I really like what is going on here and will be back often.

On a recent trip to Charlotte, my best friend wanted to show me all of the new breweries that had opened up over the past 18 months.
A: Decent Looking place, small sized outside patio that wasnt open. Inside offered plenty of tables tables and somewhat open seating, with a bar that could seat about 16-20 people.
Q: The beers that we tried we great. NoDa also tries to make beers that are outside the normal and boring and for the most part, pull it off quite well.
S: The place was about 1/4 full when we arrived on that sunday afternoon. The bartender was working solo but kept a good eye on the bar, so you didnt wait long to get a refill.
S: A great selection and probably the best offerings in the Charlotte area, all of their beers were beyond the traditional style of IPA, Porter, etc...they definitely try to reach out with their beers.
V: Prices for a pint were a little high priced, especially for the area but you are paying for the quality of the beers.
Overall, this is probably the best brewery in Charlotte. My only knock on NoDa is that they will not fill growlers from anywhere else, thus forcing you to buy their glass.

All of the beers were above average or better. Service was decent. Samplers available for the non-special beers.

This brewery is bigger than Its neighbor next door. Plenty if seating with ten taps of goodness,† five samples for 10 dollars, friendly and efficient service. In front of bus stop 3 or 23 to go back downtown.

Iím not sure why this place is rated so low. The beers are, for the most part, well above average and cover an interesting array of styles. The tasting room is well laid out and inviting. There is a very small outdoor seating area as well. Birdsong had more life to it on this particular day, but I found myself to enjoy the beers much better at NoDa. The bartenders here were helpful and friendly. I consider NoDa to be a must stop for the beer enthusiast in Charlotte.

Big open warehouse. The place was packed, so service was really slow. Nice selection of their own brews which were tasty (the couple we tried). Prices seemed decent.
Would like to try it again when it wasnít so crowded.

Warehouse brewery that has been nicely made into a nice bar/tasting room. Open and bright, filled with locals, and dog friendly which is always a plus in my book. Parking looks like it could be tricky. One staff member was very helpful, but the actual bartenders seemed disinterested and werenít very helpful. The beer is quite nice. I tried a total of 7 (4 beer flight plus samples of 3 more) and while there were a couple that were fairly average, most of them were quite good with a couple standouts. Prices seem fairly competitive. Birdsong Brewing is right next door, which would normally be a good thing, but I had a massive hangover from Brewvival the previous day and didnít feel like I could do two breweries. A shame.

Great location, well educated bartenders. Beer is pretty good, no rough edges. Worth a visit for sure.
