The best thing about this place (aside from the fact that they brew fine beers on site and have some whopping great burgers) is the decor. I grew up in the 70’s and 80’s in Norway and Denmark, and this place really looks like a youthclub from the 1970s. Lots of orange, brown and Formica. Nørrebro makes a lot of fine beers, the price is pretty good and you won’t leave hungry if you order a burger, so this is really a good place to head if you’re on your beer safari to Copenhagen (Check out my beer safari Copenhagen Beer Safari a.o) on Foursquare.

The selection of tapped beers includes four rotating taps - all four were interesting. They also have their normal range on tap. I wanted to eat but apparently the kitchen closes between lunch and dinner so no food for me. Service was good and polite. The bar area wasn’t memorable.

Nice beers from the brewery on tap and for sale to bring with a few guest beers available. Friendly staff who I had to convince I really wanted the sour ale. Big restaurant on the top floor which we did not try.

Lots of picnic tables lining the street greet you when you walk up to this large brewpub. Half the place is the brewery the other half has a bar/cafe downstairs & a restaurant(closed when I went) above. Knowledgeable staff but not super friendly, I had the 65 DKK taster of 4 of their brews(customer’s choice) & the pours were generous. The beers were pretty good too. A nice place to visit.

Visited several times. Nice spacy brewpub, with a restaurent upstairs. Large selecion of their own beers, both on tap and in bottles as well. Great food and friendly staff. The brewery plant is a part of the brewpub. Can at times be rather crowded, but not a problem if you come there during the day. A few seatings ouside, but not the most cosy place to sit, since there are traffic in the street. For sure worth a visit, but I DO miss the brunch they use to have on the sunday mornings!!!

Visited in december 2011. Nice brwepup and restaurant with little terrace. Very cosy although it is big. And friendly service with good tips to other places.

Located in an off-side lane of the busy multicultiral quarter of Nørrebro, the place offers a selection of own brews and, at times, tastings of renowned nrews of the world. I was happy to je there during the tasting of Hill Farmstead, with anders Kissmeyer introducing each brew (FH and his own) with an urban legend. Otherwise a modern place with friendly staff. Definitely worth a visit.

I’ve always liked Norrebro Bryghus, not least because it seemed to be in the vanguard when exciting new Danish brewers started popping up a few years ago. I remember the days when it was difficult to find anything other than Carlsberg or Tuborg in Copenhagen and it was wonderful to find a place brewing something different, and of high quality too. The brewpub has three distinct areas – the large brewing kit is on the left as you enter, the bar is at the end of a low ceilinged room to the right and there’s an upstairs eating area. There are also tables and chairs on the narrow pavement outside. It has a nice relaxed feel and the staff are always friendly. If you’re uncertain what to choose, descriptions of the beers are posted on a pillar by the bar and I see that the current offerings are listed on the website too. We didn’t eat on our last visit although I seem to remember that the food was good when I did eat here. (Last visited 2 May 2013).

A great brewpub with an enjoyable atmosphere and reasonable prices. Not a huge fan of Nørrebro beers but they are well-made and a few are worth trying. Service was very friendly and helpful. Worth a stop when in the area.

I liked the fact that I was eating and tasting beers having opposite to me the beer fermenters of the brewpub. Very good food. There were some of their own beers available on taps and some bottles at the day I visited it. The beers were not something special but they were ok. You can take samples of beers. Friendly staff, excellent service. I will definitely go again.
