Visited a few times before, most recently on a Sunday evening, so it was super quiet. The place isn’t necessarily easy to find, it’s in the middle of a block. In the summer the patio is really nice but it was way too cold for this in March. The interior is dark, low ceiling kind of place. The staff is friendly and helpful. The selection is a strong point here, lots of quality locals as well as imported beers on tap, really nice bottle list even though I stuck with the draft list. Really good mix of an American and a Belgian beer bar. They serve some food, small courses of pub food for a decent price, tasty options. Definitely worthy of checking out when in town, I will keep visiting every time I go to Portland.

Small, lowkey place. A little tricky to find as it’s behind a building an a single A-frame was the only hint to it’s location. Low light, lots of bricks, low ceilings. It seemed like there was a lot of staff for the clientele. Staff was friendly, but not terribly helpful.. Food options look nice but I did not partake. Top notch beer list with local selections and more rare stuff from near and far. I got to try a pretty rare Allagash here. Prices decent. I’d be here a lot if I were a local.

Great place located in the heart of Portland. A friend and I visited while on a beercation in Portland. Spent several hours trying some of the locals and had dinner which was quite good. A large variety of bottles to choose from and the price was reasonable as well. The inside was setup like an old beer hall and they had an outside patio that we didn’t visit. Great place and location in Portland

Big outdoor seating area as well as a dark cozy bar and dining room inside. Great selection of taps and bottles highlighting local and Belgian beers. The option to mix and match charcuterie and cheeses is nice, if a little pricy. Service was disinterested on my one visit, but would not stop me from trying it again.

Indoor space in the basement that qould be cozy in the winter and an outdoor patio off a secluded alley. Large selection that includes some hard to find beers. No bargains, and even local taps start at $6.25. Speaking of local taps , there are surprisingly few Maine beers. But this is a nice place with a large and high quality selection. I heard a young lady ask for a beer with hops and the snarky waiter told her that almost all beers have hops, hardly the attitude for someone getting into craft beer.

Went here recently on a Friday night. "Belgian" fest. Great ambiance and vibe. Very excellent service - bartenders were all very knowledgeable and went out of their way with samples and explaining. Selection was impressive, but somewhat limited in styles. Only 1 IPA on tap. Didn’t eat - only a dessert. Prices were a little pricy. Still a great experience, overall.

Même si la tap list était un peu dégarnie à notre arrivée, j’ai vu le potentiel de la place. Plus de la moitié du bar est une terrasse vivante et l’autre partie fait plus taverne de quartier.

Not quite enough seating and the noise level was a bit high-it was hard to hear. However, this in an excellent place well worth visiting!

Nice spot kinda hidden from the Old Port. Huge outdoor deck with tons of tables. Not
much of a view. Inside is dark and small, but has a nice old world feel. Selection is very solid for the area. Food is gastro pubby with a Belgian leaning. If you’ve only got time for one, hit their sister location Infiniti brewpub and distillery.
