A little out of the way, but it’s often worth the trip. Oak Hill usually has a number of beers that aren’t available in the Texas market any longer - I’ve picked up several beers by Liefman’s, who haven’t shipped here for a couple of years. They don’t always have the newest or rarest special beers in Texas, but they tend to have seasonals quite a bit out of season - for example, they still have 08 Ten Fidy, a year after it was released. Be cautious of beer freshness if it’s not a beer that will age well, though - some things sit around for several years. The staff has always been polite and helpful, although their beer knowledge hasn’t always been as vast as the employees at larger beer stores.

AS long as not too many head this way, a nice place to pick up beers that have sold out in other spots around town. Long drive for me, but coworker has helped snag a few for me.

This store rocks! Its is off the beaten path with the best selection I have ever seen. They have been in business for over 15years! The selection is better than Spec’s, Whip In, Whole Foods and Central market! They carry every beer that is licensed to be sold in Texas. If they don’t have it you won’t find it in Texas. They over buy on the popular seasonals so they are avaialble all year round. For example they will have Big Foot all year round, and many more! They have a knowledgeable staff that are willing to help you. Not like the big box stores. They also carry kegs with the best prices I have seen. if you love beer you MUST check this place out!!!!!!!
