Great setup with tanks by your side. Cold in there but se vice warmed it up. The beer tender knew it all about the beers. Chalk boards all over with best prices anywhere. Extreme pale ale was two buck in a cup and three with your own glass. Beer ranged from blondes to pales to xxipa to bourbon aged beers to some awesome sours.

It was easy to find this place with our phones map services, but we were not quite sure we would end up in the right place, until we did. The journey takes you off Highway 78, through residential and industrial areas to a tucked away brewery barely inside Oceanside. The place is large, open and boasts an outdoor area to house the visiting food truck. Our service was great and we enjoyed several new beers on a Sour Sunday.

A surprisingly big brewery in an industrial area of Oceanside. Interesting decor. Friendly staff. A small selection of house brews. Some interesting and tasty beers.

All of these perfect ratings are suspicious. Pretty cool location, right off Oceanside Blvd. Convenient after a day at the beach. During my last visit there was a sweet reggae band playing and everyone seemed to be having a good time. The tasting room seems to do good business. The beers are pretty average. I usually stick to the Pirates Cove IPA, even though consistency seems to be an issue. Service has been generally unfriendly, but efficient. Worth a stop if in the area.

Visited the new location during their 5th anniversary party with chinoskillzian. Probably due for a revisit by now.

This place is much larger than the old location and had food outside (which is an improvement on the popcorn they used to serve). They’ve also upped the amount of taps and have more bartenders. All improvements so far. The beers themselves havent change much in quality, mostly just decent with an occasional good or bad one in the mix. Service was just alright but that’s due to my experience being during an anniversary party.

I am rating the place, Stout and some others suck. Yet some brews rock, see my review on the 83. But that is the case when a brewery that has 15 differnent brews on tap. The vibe there is the best I have seen in over 100 breweries I have been too. You wont be able to find it, Lost Abbey is close by so you wont try to hit this place, yet if you do you wont leave. There is some center earth magnetic attraction that will keep you there, especially if you run into Mark the owner and drink a pale with him. Just my two pennies.

Best warehouse brewery I’ve been to. Three dollar pints of IPA...really? Nothing over five bucks, including Oakes varieties. At least a dozen brews on the board, along with three oaked varieties. Huge tons of room. Didn’t have food truck so I didn’t rate food. Staff was helpful and were very knowledgable for youngsters. As a Pacific Northwest Brew Lover, I can see why San Diego has taken on Portland as the grew capital of US.

A great North County San Diego brewery that should be on everyone’s list of breweries to visit. Other than their staples, they have had something new for me to try each time I have visited. Mark and the staff are very friendly and make you feel right at home.
