Small venue, Great beers. Folksy, down home brewpub with great beers. Pale ale is worth the trip (5 Barrel). Everyone was so friendly. Great place to meet new people and enjoy great beers.

Ambiance was a strong 5. Beautiful, well thought out inside and outside area. Odell memorabilia galore, but not gaudy. They even had íDid You Know?í signs with fun facts about beer history. Unfortunately, that was the best part about our trip to Odell, and the ambiance is my least important characteristic. The selection was all the basic Odell beers that I could get in Missouri. No one off taps, no taproom only beers, not even their harder to find woodcut series. Itís pretty to look at, but the selection just wasnít there for me.

Visited on a Friday evening with Adnielsen and my wife. Large, sweeping compound kind of feeling.Tons of indoor and outdoor seating.Their way of doing things was a new experience for me...checking IDs/stamping hands and taking orders at a register and then picking up orders around the corner. Seemed a little confusing/chaotic. But we got our orders no problem. Great selection of beers, lots of options for flights. And flight information is nicely displayed.
They had a food truck on premises that served up decent wings. Overall an enjoyable experience.

Odellís facility is a gorgeous, large, spacious building with a beautiful outdoor area to boot. This place can get busy in a hurry but it was easily tolerable on a Wednesday afternoon. They take beer orders at one station and pour them and set them out for pick up at a different station. This takes away a little from the bar atmosphere, but this is the more efficient way to get people beer and thatís very important considering the sheer volume they do here. The beer list is pretty expansive with a couple brewery-only beers. Prices are $5 a pint for the regular type stuff and up to $8 for high alcohol/limited release pints. Weird theyíre serving an imperial stout in a pint, but itís still a fair price for that. Nearly everything Odell makes is insanely delicious so, they get big bonus points for that. I was thrilled just to have St. Lupulin and Myrcenary straight from the source. A food truck parks outside for some convenient grub. Odell is making some of the best American styled beers in the state and they have one of the best facilities to visit as well.

We were there for lunch on the Sunday before Memorial Day and the place was busy. There was still some seating available, but the line for ordering was ridiculous. Had a taster which contained almost all good beers for a very reasonable price. I also had a sandwich from the food truck, which was ok. I would have liked to get some more beer, but the line had grown all the way to the parking lot and I gave up.

A stunning huge location with multiple indoor and outdoor seating areas. Service was lacking as their system is more production line. Tons of beers, some brewery only, but nothing really good. A decent place but not up to the hype.

Visited April 6, 2014.
Got there on an arranged bus ride. Seems to be parking available.
Had some samples of a range of single hopped beers. Also had a nice tour of the brewery with plenty of information. Sat down with one of the brewers and had a really good time. A place I certainly wouldnít mind going back to!

Very modern and fun ambiance, often live music. Service is quick and great with their beer knowledge. All of their current beers and then some are always on tap, usually try something new everytime I go. Little bit pricey for a brewery, especially growlers ($15 or more seems like). Overall, very nice, great beer, wonderful people. Only negative is how non-creative their tour is (only one drink, first come first serve basis). An absolute must for Fort Collins.

The second of the breweries we went to. Nice atmosphere. Not too busy, even for a Friday. Large parking lot. Tons of their beers on tap, including some experimental stuff. Had a fantastic sour ale on tap. Lots of their bottles available as well, but they have to be drank on premise. They had food but we didnít partake. Two different sampler flights of beers available. Absolutely worth a stop.

Visited: 10-11-13 (during GABF Week)
Ambiance: The place is huge from the exterior with good landscaping and a nice deck. The interior is a good size with nice wood and decent room
Service: The place was jam packed when we arrived and I instantly wanted to leave. Thankfully, my buddy convinced me to stay and was amazed by how efficient they were. Basically the line was to order beers, pay then you went around the bar to pick up your beers.
Selection: They had 3 different pre-determined flights and roughly 16 beers available for pint purchases.
Value: The prices of the pints and flights were reasonable
Overall: It was great to finally get out there and would be nice to visit when it wasnít crowded but the beers wouldnít drag me back anytime soon
