Visited during GABF week. Beautiful pub and grounds-- situated nicely off the main drag in Fort Collins. Wall-to-wall people around here. Service was Johnny-on-the-spot for being so slammed. Beers were top-notch, best of Odell, plus some pilot beers. The merch was off to the side, so it did not get in the way. Took the tour, did the dance, loved the beer, and will be back again next time I am out there.

Got there on an arranged bus ride. Seems to be parking available.
Had some samples of a range of single hopped beers. Also had a nice tour of the brewery with plenty of information. Sat down with one of the brewers and had a really good time. A place I certainly wouldn’t mind going back to!

Very modern and fun ambiance, often live music. Service is quick and great with their beer knowledge. All of their current beers and then some are always on tap, usually try something new everytime I go. Little bit pricey for a brewery, especially growlers ($15 or more seems like). Overall, very nice, great beer, wonderful people. Only negative is how non-creative their tour is (only one drink, first come first serve basis). An absolute must for Fort Collins.

The second of the breweries we went to. Nice atmosphere. Not too busy, even for a Friday. Large parking lot. Tons of their beers on tap, including some experimental stuff. Had a fantastic sour ale on tap. Lots of their bottles available as well, but they have to be drank on premise. They had food but we didn’t partake. Two different sampler flights of beers available. Absolutely worth a stop.

Ambiance: The place is huge from the exterior with good landscaping and a nice deck. The interior is a good size with nice wood and decent room
Service: The place was jam packed when we arrived and I instantly wanted to leave. Thankfully, my buddy convinced me to stay and was amazed by how efficient they were. Basically the line was to order beers, pay then you went around the bar to pick up your beers.
Selection: They had 3 different pre-determined flights and roughly 16 beers available for pint purchases.
Value: The prices of the pints and flights were reasonable
Overall: It was great to finally get out there and would be nice to visit when it wasn’t crowded but the beers wouldn’t drag me back anytime soon

Was a small craft brewery and now big… and getting bigger. Producing 45,000 barrels with over 60 employees it is still technically a craft brewery, but really has gone corporate, losing the geniality, spontaneity and creativity that made them famous. Good clean beers, but the limited taproom hours, early last call with a fast bar time clock, made it impossible to taste all of the special release beers.
Since Fort Collins has so many outstanding real craft breweries to visit, I would skip Odell’s.

First stop of the day on the Ft. Collins brewery extravaganza. Huge location that is just getting huger. Maybe 15 different beers on tap, all available by the glass. They have three different taster sets pre-determined which would be annoying if you were a frequent visitor. Lots of seating inside and out. Friendly service, and tons of beer to choose from. Anyway...really beautiful building and properly. Very well done all around.

First stop of day 2 in Fort Collins. Actually, it was our third stop of the day since Fort Collins Brewery and Funkwerks were closed at 11am. The facility here is really nice. Absolutely gorgeous building and grounds. Inside they’ve got a nice counter but a strange setup where you have to go to the cash register on one side of the counter and then wait to be called when your beer is ready. The service was nice but there wasn’t much interaction as our order was pretty simple, one of everything.
The day started off healthy with some McDonalds and 20 tasters at Odells (and then degraded to 60 more ticks at various other Fort Collins establishments). They break the beers into various taster trays and there are several that aren’t available by the taster. We got all three trays and then half glasses of the remaining two beers (marzen and oaked milk stout).
Over all a nice place. Beautiful and comfortable. Heard some Danzig on the radio too. No food made here but they do have food trucks.

Located about a mile from New Belgium this place impressed me right way because they had more parking. It’s a modern, clean, industrial feel on the inside wih a nice patio area. They have over 15 on draft and 6 beer samplers, though preselected, only from 4-8. The service is a little automated which is fine as long as people get served quickly all of this fabulous beer.

Great ambiance and service, my favorite brewery in the Fort. They always have several small batch beers that I haven’t had, excellent selection. The prices are typical, not cheap, but not too bad. A great patio as well. If you come to Fort Collins, you absolutely HAVE to go here.

This was the first brewery we hit of 3 on a Friday in August. The place is big and new and appears to be expanding. The tap room is a good size, too, and wasn’t crowded. We wanted samplers, which are unfortunately pre-grouped; you can order one of three sampler racks that have menus already created for them. I would have liked to construct my own and would have been happy to pay a couple extra bucks for it. There wasn’t much good on tap when we were there, unfortunately. Most of what I’ve had from Odell has been better than what was here; lots of session pale ales and other unexciting experiments in addition to the standards. The service was friendly enough. I liked the space of the tap room but I think we had bad luck in terms of what was available at the time, and I wish they’d let you build your own sampler.
