Another Oggiís location though this one seems more of a sports bar than the other one I have visited, and it was particularly loud during my visit. The staff were friendly but not prompt and the food mediocre. They offered the standard Oggiís beer lineup plus a few guest beers. I left rather disappointed and not wanting to patronize again.

I was actually planning to go to PP Carlsbad but redirected here to get the tick. Standard sports-bar-esque atmosphere, large bar and pleny of seating. PIzza and bar food prominently featured on the menu, and from my meal, they do a decent job. They run about a dozen taps actually, including 3 guess taps and their own beers. They have a standard taster flight for $10, which includes their standard 8 core beers. However when I was there the bartender gave me a full taster of the triple IPA and a half taster of the barrel aged stout for free, so it worked out really well :). Unfortunately the beers were fair to middlin; that is the only thing keeping me from recommending this place fully.

Stopped in on the way back from AleSmith while picking up some barrel aged Wee Heavy. This is about a mile in from 15 and easy to find. Itís an odd shape for a building. It hugs the curve of the parking lot so you end up walking a long ways to get from the front door to the bar in the back. Surprisingly they still brew here. At least some of the beers on tap were brewed here including the imperial stout and the double IPA. I wasnít overly impressed with either but since the average brewery these days is so bad this beer was alright. The service was friendly though they were busy filling orders and werenít paying a whole lot of attention to the customers at the bar. Not much else to say about this place really. Itís a chain brewery in a nice area. To be honest though, with AleSmith, Green Flash, and Ballast Point all so close I donít see myself spending a lot of time here.

Right off the 15 and 56 freeway. Pretty big sports bar. Beer sampler includes 8 beers for $7.95. Staff was friendly. One of the few places in Southern California to get a Scottish Ale (Mc Garveyís). Did not have any of the food.

Not a huge selection, but the lost coast beers are always great, especially the Hop Juice. Besides, the owners of this joint are great people, and I love supporting them.

Beer selection is OK. The house brewer makes great IIPAs. Rotation sometimes good, sometimes not. Green Flash American ESB was $6.50 a glass.

The beers at this location left little to be desired. Hop Juice was amazing as always, Scotch Ale was ok, the rest pretty much sucked. Pizza was great, the staff new pretty much nothing about the beers.

Too many TVs, a bit more of a sports bar/ family pizza joint feel than a brewpub. The server didnít seem to know anything about the breweryís beer and screwed up the order. The food was above average, though, even if the beer was not. I donít think Iíll be back.

Lunch visit. Attractive waitstaff, lots of tvs tuned to nascar and golf. Lots of business types here today. The pizza was excellent, the beer, not so much. They had the standard taps plus Hop Juice and that was it. The prices are good and the atmosphere was pretty laid back for a place like this. It concerns me that it says "Sports Pub" on the outside. I probably wonít come back here, but at least thereís some Hop Juice while youíre here.

I was disappointed in this Oggiís. They have all of their standard brews, but not as many seasonals or specials as the other locations. It seems like a really good place to bring kids, because there were tons of them. I donít have kids, and this was unpleasant. The food was also not as good as other locations.
