always the first port of call for beer drinkers when arriving in copenhagen. can’t wait til next visit. relaxed atmosphere on a busy street. you can sit out side with a beer. With all his passion and knowledge Morten still shows great empathy and encouragement for us beginners. top offy. top guy.

Comes here often, my favourite shop in town. Morten - the owner and pretty guy on the picture - is the most talented beer pusher I’ve ever met and a really nice guy, which makes shopping here truly pleasant. After he took over the buisness a year ago, he made the prices a lot more reasonable; actually sometimes it’s cheaper for the Mikkeller staff to come here and buy a bottle, than at the Mikkeller bottle shop where they get a discount.
It’s located close to my favourite bar in town, Fermentoren, and to Mikkeller Stefansgade. If you come from overseas, be sure to bring something good - you’ll get back in tenfolds!

Would say the mikkeller bottle shop had a slightly better list when I was there, but this was also world class. Got there a touch early for bläbær. Employee was super nice, and helpful. Would recommend.(not sure what in Copenhagen I wouldn’t recommend)

Edit: well... It certainly isn’t that exclusive anymore, still a fine selection, but the Mikkeller bottle shop have taken over the exclusive beer store category in Copenhagen. Still kinda expensive even if the selection has diminished. How come I haven’t rated this before? Well, Jeppes store in THE store. Fantastic selection of rarities, own imports, retired beers, lots of Danish micros (some only sold here). Exceptional service with knowledge and friendliness. Almost a sure-thing whenever I’m in Copenhagen.

Visited in 2013. Small shop with a fridge. Nice selection of beers but fairly small compared to the other stores. Had some vintage stuff that I didn’t see in the other stores but besides that you can find the sam e beers in other stores and for a cheaper price. I haven’t bothered going back here since my first visit, the other stores are just better on price and selection.

A nice bottle shop that gets the Cantillon Blueberry. Fair prices compared to the rest of denmark and good selection.

Stopped in here during my vacation in Copenhagen. Staff was very friendly, selection was just ridiculous considering the size, everything was carefully chosen and I wanted to spend so much more than I did. Prices are pretty expensive, but so is Copenhagen. Walked out with 4 bottles for just under 200DKK, all Danish brewers, two of which were Mikkeller which is much more expensive in the US.
