Ice Hockey on screen inside and outside. Lousy service. The bartenders (I presume they were bartenders) were more focused on their laptops than customers. Quite boring tap selections (7 taps) and some quite expensive bottles (from Pikkulintu).

Just a few blocks away from the central Kuopio, a nice cellar pub with small, but a rather good selection of bottled beers imported by Pikkulintu. Two (slowly) rotating taps of microbrews. They have additional bottles at the back room, so remember to ask the staff what they have there. During summer they have a large outside terrace that is a nice place to spend the evening.

Nice place in the center of kuopio. Relaxing atmosphere.

This place used to be a "normal" pub without any rarities, just mainly the most basic beers from common Finnish importers. All changed when this place started to take beers from Pikkulintu, Helsinki, one of the best beer importers in Finland.

Pannuhuone is in the Kuopio city center. There are lots of bars in Kauppakatu, and this is one of the best. Quiet place, seven taps (2-3 can be considered "special") and good service. Nice leather sofa’s, live music, no food. Pannuhuone has also participated in Pikkulintu’s special weeks, such as Bitter & Sour and American Weeks. Definitely a place to visit in Kuopio.
