Super nice and cozy place. Music was the bartenders playlist and he has good taste in music. 30 beers on tap and some really good ones among them. I need to visit this more often when in NYC

Short visit after visiting New Beer Distribution. Quite big place that was almost empty this afternoon. Big tap list was decent but nothing you would kill for. Might worth a visit when in the area.

Visited May 2015. Friendly bar, with a good selection of local beers, most of which were new to me. Prices seemed pretty reasonable and barmaid was able to advise on beer selections. Well worth visiting.

One Mile House was our next stop after Top Hops and Fool’s Gold. The place is pretty inviting and has a nice classical American bar vibe. More “local” feeling that some of the other beer bars I visited during my most recent trip. They had around 30 taps on offer to us from more local to more regional craft-esque breweries. Selection was rather good, particularly with variety of styles. Although I have to admit they didn’t have too much out of the ordinary in comparison to the other top craft beer bars in the city. I opted for a more obscure Oxbow offering. Service was friendly and attentive. Definitely a place I would frequent if in NYC.

How have I missed this place before?! 30 taps with many really good, interesting choices. I’d happily come back here anytime!

Large, multi-room place with a patio; very dark when I visited, it was even difficult to read the menu. Quite a good selection of around 30 draught and more bottles, sketchy food menu, punk rock music, quite deserted at 9 pm. Noce place to visit in daylight again.

Big bar with patio seating. Solid tap selection. 30 beers on tap. All craft. Ordered a plate of fries which were solid. Typical pub feel. Service was good. It’s right around the corner from Fool’s gold and near New Beer.

Stopped by here with a large group (+10 people) and it was actually easy to seat all of us. The bar space and ambiance is great with a full wrap around design and high top tables beyond the bar seating. Large table space towards the back which easily accommodated our large group. I was really shocked by the draft list especially since I had never really heard of this place. Seemed like nearly 40-50 draft options including both local and regional craft offerings of varying style. Lots of fresh IPAs. Some imperial stouts. I believe they had some crooked stave bottles last time I was there. Friendly staff. Service was good especially considering it was a busy Saturday night. I wish this place was closer to my apartment.
