72 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 6/10 SELECTION 12/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 7/10 OVERALL 15/20 t0rin0 (184) La Verne, California | December 22, 2012 Went once not too long after they opened after runing into the owner a number of times at Bootleggers.
Tap list is pretty good and I can imagine that they get a roudy group of regulars in there judging by what I saw at the bar in the early afternoon. I also noticed a bunch of families. This seems to be the place to go for little league post season pizza parties.
Bartenders are hot which is good I guess but the service is just alright over all. Prices were decent to high.
If someone else was driving I’d go again. | 70 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 6/10 SELECTION 11/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 6/10 OVERALL 15/20 womencantsail (390) Garbage Grove, California | August 2, 2012 An interesting place. Beer wise, it’s not bad. I generally just stay at the bar and avoid the little kids and families that are everywhere. Tap list is usually pretty good. Suspiciously, all of the bartenders seem to be attractive 20-something girls (not that I’m complaining). Service can be lackluster at times. Decent enough place, but not one of my favorites. | 72 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 6/10 SELECTION 11/15 FOOD 8/10 VALUE 7/10 OVERALL 16/20 Blairgus (73) California | July 31, 2012 31 July 2012. 30 taps and a great variety, all craft beers, some unique DFH on the west coast and other unique beers. Staff was very friendly and helpful but they talked to everyone and couldn’t stay focused, making service take ages. | 82 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 8/10 SELECTION 12/15 FOOD 7/10 VALUE 7/10 OVERALL 17/20 BMan1113VR (306) Los Angeles, California | July 12, 2012 Great overall place a few minutes from the Bruery. Stopped in for a work lunch break. I couldn’t consume the beer but the list was solid with some NorCal offerings (Black Diamond and a few others), some more local Taps and Bruery offerings. Some sours and a lot of SD craft (Alesmith Nut Brown, BP Piper Down, PB Mongo). All in all a good tap list. A video-gamey pizza place atmosphere with long tables. Pizza is pretty good. Generic dough with some crispness to it. Toppings are heart stopping, but quite good (it could be because my table ordered the "Chuck Norris" and the "Meat Lovers"). Overall a fun an repeatable place. Parking is easy, servers know what they are doing, and they even have a cask on. Good stuff for Anaheim. | 82 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 9/10 SELECTION 13/15 FOOD 5/10 VALUE 8/10 OVERALL 16/20 JohnC (147) Mission Viejo, California | February 28, 2012 Out of the Park Pizza is a good stop for beer geeks due to the 33 taps. When I was there, they had a good variety of micros with a good range of styles. AFA the food, I only had wings, which were good. If in the area, I’d go back. |
